Stainless steel appliances; Bathroom with Ceramic tile shower and full-size washer and dryer; A.C. & heat in bedrooms and upstairs living room area; Newly added Electric Fireplace (living room); Only 14 steps from road to inside cottage (cement steps with railing); 40 ft. Dock with cleats for tying off your boat; 2 beach areas; New Outdoor fire-pit; Lawn and patio areas for games and relaxing; Propane gas grill; Row boat & 2 kayaks. Road side parking for 2 vehicles. Keypad deadbolt entry system. Front door security camera on porch (Deactivated after arrival).
