ADDED TO VACATION RENTAL MARKET IN 2014. ALL NEW FURNISHINGS. GREAT LOCATION. BEAUTIFUL LOFT. AWESOME BUILDING. ONE OF THE FEW VACATION PROPERTIES IN TOWN WITH AC!!!!

This condo is very tastefully appointed with brand new furnishings in two full bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you might need. Unit includes a pullout couch so it will sleep 6 total. There is a gas fireplace and washer/dryer. We have two other units in the same building and couldn't pass this one up when it became available. It turned out even better than imagined.

NEED TO ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 6? Book additional guests in VRBO #479391 or #915621 which are just down the hallway and you will be together.

Do you like shopping? This condo is walking distance to all of the best shopping in Estes Park. You wont have to find a parking spot for your downtown shopping expeditions. You can safely run your purchases back to the condo instead of carrying them with you or leaving them in the car.

Do you like dining out? There are many of the finest restaurants in Estes again within a few minutes walk from the condo including Ed's Cantina, Poppys, Momma Rosas, The Stanley Hotel, Peppers, Claires, Starbucks, Kind Coffee and more.

Do you like see the beauty of the outdoors and Rocky Mountain National Park? With views of Twin Owls off the deck or from inside you can look directly into the National Park. And what could be more convenient than walking along the riverwalk two blocks to the visitor center to board the FREE shuttle bus into the National Park? You can also walk from the condo to Lake Estes and to the Knolls Willow open space.

Do you have small children with you? The library across the street has many excellent resources for kids and the riverwalk has a playground to the west and in the winter an ice rink.

Why Andy chose Estes Park

We own another unit in this building and love the comments we get from our guests. They love that unit for the same reason we did. Our guest tell us that staying in the loft is way better than staying in the hotel and if you have a meal or two in the unit it is way less expensive too. The location in the middle of shopping, restaurants and with Starbucks just downstairs really cant be beat and the unit itself is very, very nice.

We go out of our way to make sure our units are well furnished, exceptionally clean and of course conveniently located. If you prefer to walk along the river or down and around Lake Estes its all right there. If you dream of leaving your car parked for a few days and exploring on foot this is the place for you. From performance park, downtown and bond park West of the building, the Knoll Willows open space. Stanley Hotel and Library to the North, Lake Estes and golf course to the East or River walk and Big Thomson River immediately South its all right here.

The wildlife in the Estes valley and in RMNP is something to see: Elk, deer, bears, coyotes, beavers, eagles, big horn sheep, badgers, fox, and more.

Everything was great!

Really loved this property. The great location right above Starbucks makes walking to anywhere in downtown a breeze. The unit is newer an outfitted with all the necessary items you'll need for you stay. Nice little deck over looking the Main Street is perfect for people watching. The owner Andy even stopped by to introduce himself and make sure everything was okay. Parking can be hectic in the summer months, but we never waited more that 2-3 minutes for a free spot. Will be renting this unit again next year!
