Located in the beautiful Resort Community of Bristol Harbour, this premium spacious lot is across the street from Canandaigua Lake with beach and lake front access (beach open June- September). Note that the community beach access is from Monday-Friday at noon for those renting. We also have a beach 5 minutes down the road that is open weekends for a small entrance fee. along with community amenities such as Tennis Courts, , Playground and Roseland Waterpark right down the road. During the winter it is just 15 min from Bristol Mountain. This is located in the heart of wine country and located just south of Canandaigua which is home to the New Wine and Culinary Center featuring food and wines from every winery in New York State. The house boasts 5 decks of which 4 over look Canandaigua Lake. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Canandaigua Lake while relaxing with a glass of wine. Get together with family, friends, relatives, co-workers, and enjoy an amazing vacation! Grab your kayaks, paddleboards, boats, and head to Canandaigua Lake! Pack your swimsuit, flip flops, suntan lotion and you are all set to relax, play and create memories that will be cherished for years! Situated across the street from Canandaigua Lake, this home is exceptional for a multi-family getaway!

2nd Floor - game room/additional living space
3rd Floor - offers large kitchen, open dining room, living room opening to a wrap-around balcony overlooking the lake. There is 1 bedroom and half bath on this floor as well.
4th Floor - features a master suit with a large bathroom. Boost a private balcony overlooking Canandaigua Lake.

Lovely, spacious home. This is perfect for family or large friend event. Great location and great view. The host was very responsive. House was well stocked. It is a little older and is in need of some TLC but overall we had a great stay.

This house has a lot to offer for a bigger group of people, it is spacious enough so everyone isn’t on top of each other. It offers a lot of great amenities and is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils (pots pans, plates, bowls, cups). The host is super responsive and accommodating. Plus the views are beautiful. The neighbors houses are a bit close which puts a little damper on the 10pm noise ordinance but overall a 10/10 experience.

Great house, just 15 minutes from ski resort. Lower level was a little cooler and barbecue needs upgrading, the rest is excellent. Communication with host was great.

Wonderful sister trip

The home was well stocked. The furniture was clean. It was almost as if it was someone's home. The power was out when we arrived, but it turned on in about an hour. A suggestion may be a whole house generator. The master bedroom which is on the top floor gets very hot.

Great place

Our family stayed here for the Mussleman 70.3. We fit 8 people very easily. My adult children loved the game room. We cooked a big meal and sat everyone around their awesome table. Loved the little porches. It gets toasty on the top floor, but we had unseasonably HOT weather. The rest of the house was very comfortable.

Check in and out was easy. House was beautiful. We weren't that interested in the beach, but it is a walk to get to and we couldn't figure out how to get there. Only other critic is none of the couches or chairs in all the living areas were comfortable.

Total Relaxation!

The beds were all very comfortable, they had everything you could need in there, except a colander. I am not use to having nothing to buy when i rent homes. My family enjoyed the relaxation and views were beautiful! Thank you for such a great place!

We had a great time. Very spacious and well maintained property. Pictures do not suggest the reality, we were more impressed when we reached there. Lindsey is very prompt and nice host. Everything was great.We spent lot of time in game area. Sceanic beauty from balcony is also a plus.

Great family gathering by the lake.

The house provided an excellent gathering space for our extended family. The game room was a fun, cozy spot to play darts while the infants watched tv and played with toys. They also have an arcade in their with classic sega genesis and Nintendo games. The proximity to the private beach was great for most of us. It’s a little bit of a walk for older guests. Probably 5-10 min walk that has hills. However, from the third floor balcony, the view of the lake is so great that you don’t even have to leave the house to feel like your sitting lakeside. The house is also close to Heron Winery which was a fun activity. Great fire pit are too. Excellent wildlife observation.

Beautiful and Spacious Home with an Amazing View of Canadaigua Lake

Our group enjoyed the week we spent at this beautiful home. There were plenty or sleeping arrangements, which worked out well to provide sanctuary from loud sleepers. It was raining on several days we were there, but that did not impede our ability to craft amazing food, and hang out in the spacious and comfortable rooms. There was also a surprising amount of wildlife around the property. The first morning we saw a small red tailed fox running through the woods. Most other mornings there was a doe eating in the backyard by the steps. All told, we are looking forward to coming back again next year. Thank you.

Beautiful house with a great view

The house is great with different levels for alone time but large enough space for everyone to gather. The view from every window was amazing. You will feel as though you are the only one around because you are surrounded by trees everywhere you look. Lindsey was a great host and quickly responded to any concerns we had. Can't wait to go again next year.

Lake Side Heaven!!

This Lake House had it ALL!!! The 5 kids (age 3-12) absolutely loved the playroom and having all their own beds and bedrooms. The huge dining room tablet was perfect for a true family dinner (4 adults and 5 kids). The house had all the amenities and appliances that you could think of (an not think off) - there was even baby gates built in and beach towels waiting for us!! The short walk to the beach was great and made for great afternoons in the sun! Truly a family house to make memories in. Lindsey was quick to respond with any questions and suggestions and her welcome book with all the tips and instructions was a HUGE help to get us started. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future!!!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Very clean. Rain shower and jet tub felt luxurious. Kitchen was big with lots of dishes, pots, pans and an assortment of spices. Dinning room table was large enough for the whole family to sit around and enjoy meals. The game room was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults! So much fun was had!! Thank you!!
