We're offering a super deal in August at just $98 per night - ideal for that last minute traveler. This is actually one of my favorite suites at the Waikiki Grand, not only for the price but the comfort level. I think the kitchen area is great too - ideal counter space for food prep (or great bar area for pre-dinner cocktails with friends) the Views of Diamond head are awesome and the comfort of the place is just right.

This unit features breathtaking views of Diamond Head and Kapiolani Park. Upgraded with beautiful wood cabinets and details. The Queen size bed makes this a comfortable place spend a few days or a few weeks. The wall mounted TV and full bathroom will make this an enjoyable stay. There is a closet for hanging clothes, two refrigerators, microwave, and coffee maker, new bathroom with shower and vanity area.

Enjoy Sunrise and Sunsets, movies on the beach, the roar of the lions from the zoo, the locals folks trekking back and forth to the beach all day from this large lanai with comfortable furnishings.

The unit features a queen size bed with contemporary Island furnishings, air conditioning, large windows to enjoy the views, an armoire for hanging clothes, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, new bathroom with shower and vanity area.

This is an ideal place to spend two days or two months. Perfect for the active couple who wants to participate in the outdoor activities of the neighborhood ... swimming, hiking, biking, ocean kayaking, surfing, tennis, jogging and more. The perfect affordable get-away.

Convenient location, great space with all essentials provided

I stayed at the apartment with my 20-month old. It was a great little apartment with an amazing location. It's right across from the zoo, Kapiolani Park and the beach! A short walk down Kapahulu put us at local eateries. We also parked at the hotel- while it's not the cheapest at $17/day, it's convenient and still reasonable. Another option is to park at the zoo which is right across the street at $1/hr.

I especially appreciated how the host greeted us at the lobby to make sure we check in ok. Their office is right in the lobby of the hotel, so it would have been very convenient to contact them if neeeded.

The only complaint I had was having the AC right next to the bed. We ended up opening the window at night instead of having the AC blasting right next to our heads all night.

Great host, awesome place and convenient location. I would def stay here again next time we are back in Oahu.

Great room! Great price!

We stayed here for 5 nights and Mark met us upon arrival to Waikiki Grand and then showed us around the unit. The unit is great, complete with a full kitchen and steps from the beach, and shopping for necessities! We especially enjoyed the massage chair!!!

Convenient location!

We enjoyed our recent stay. It was at a quieter end of Waikiki, but close to the action and beach! We had everything we needed in this quaint condo.

Great stay; perfect location

Enjoyed our stay here for a week; The room is not extravagant but it was everything you need especially when you're not planning on hanging out in your room the whole time. Most importantly, it was very clean and well-maintained, towels and toiletries provided, strong A/C, full kitchen supplies (you could easily buy groceries and cook all your meals in the room if you wanted), quick Wifi. Other reviews mentioned noise as an issue as there is a bar on the 2nd floor however we found the room to be very quiet. The property manager was friendly and easy to get a hold of, provided us with lots of info/stuff to do around the area. Check-in/out was easy. Best part: location. Literally across the street from the beach and walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, etc in Waikiki. Great value and would book here again.

Good location, very small room and bad air conditining set up

I've been instructed by my husband not to book this condo again. He stayed 7 nights while working at the Sony Open. The last few years I've booked him at the Grand Waikiki due to the good location for taxi pick up. Although the unit was clean, the location of the window AC unit at the head of the bed became a nuisance.

Damage Deposit $150

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 60 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 60 days before your check in date you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to rerent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.

However, if the dates are not rerented, your monies paid will be forfeited.

Late checkout policy:
If you have a late departure flight, we recommend reserving the condo for an additional night so you will have the use of your accommodation all day and depart at leisure. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged as follows: $50 per hour or the daily room rate, whichever is less.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
