The location is about as prime as you can get - glimpse the Meadows Golf Course and mountains from your back deck, and walk to the SHARC and the Village at Sunriver in no time.

The condo itself has a comfortable atmosphere, with an open main floor and multiple places to spread out and relax.

Grab a seat on a couch by the big window in the living room and enjoy the view outside or turn on the flat screen cable TV. The dining table has room for six to enjoy a pleasant dinner together made right at home.

With full amenities, the kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect meal and cut down on your budget. A dishwasher makes clean-up easy, and a washer/dryer here lets you keep an eye on your laundry while you cook.

There's another sitting room on this floor that features a cozy gas fireplace beneath another flat screen TV. Sit back in one of the recliners or the couch to enjoy a movie streamed over free WiFi, or grab one of the books off the shelf and let your imagination wander. Head out the sliding glass doors to the back deck.

A table and patio furniture make this a great place to spend a sunny afternoon, and golfers passing on the green are a constant source of entertainment. Sip on a cocktail and grill up some kebabs on the gas barbecue to really settle into the rhythm of vacation.

Kids will love the play area with a rock wall and a stop at Goody's for ice cream and candy. There are numerous shops here to browse as well.

With over 35 miles of bike paths winding throughout Sunriver, you'll be able to explore the scenic area at your own pace. Ride along the Deschutes River for fabulous views of the water and meadows, and stop at the stables or the Nature Center to interact with animals. Rent a kayak, stand-up paddle board, or canoe at the marina just two miles away to get in the water or fish for your dinner.

More day trips include white-water rafting through Sun Country Tours, exploring the Lava Caves just a few miles north, the High Desert Museum 10 miles away on Hwy 97, or make the 15-mile drive to Bend for a brewery tour and a wide choice of delicious eateries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
