If spacious, affordable, and walking distance to The Village are your seeking comforts, this San Sierra unit is the place for you! Family-friendly and a simple 5-minute walk to The Village, your access to everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer is at your fingertips.

Take the stairs to this 2nd-floor fully remodeled unit and prepare for a comfortable, elegant stay. New vinyl flooring, area rugs, and furniture accents are a few of the recent upgrades. One bathroom was completely flipped, adding a bath and marble tile! Additional storage has even been added under the stairs. New kitchen cabinets and appliances, as well as cooking supplies, are in the unit, allowing for scrumptious creations.

The cozy fireplace and welcoming couches enhance the calm ambiance of the living area. It is also equipped with a new 65" flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Each bedroom holds a new king bed with padded headboard and heated mattress pads for extra comfort. With flat-screen TVs in each room, you may never want to leave the bed!

The loft is equipped with a new 43" SMART TV with Roku, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. For the families with young children, a pack 'n' play is stored in the closet (just bring sheets!).

Great place

Very nice place. Clean and fully stocked. Great location. Few minutes walk to gondola and with shuttle stop right in front of the complex. I highly recommend this place.

Great Location, Well-Equipped Upstairs Mammoth Condo

Best features: short walk to Village, bright, amply outfitted, updated unit, responsive property managers Be aware: community spa tub is indoors, complex has no pool, small balcony primarily used for firewood storage Perfect place for two couples; set up for two master bedrooms plus a sleeping loft

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here the second weekend in June for my nieces high school graduation. It was a great location right near the village and where my family lives. I would recommend this unit. The only thing is we had little kids with us and the floor seemed like it should have been cleaned better. Not that big of a deal. Also, there were some maintenance issues that I would’ve thought they would’ve known about but maybe no one told them before us.

Great location for mammoth mountain

My friends and I stayed here for a ski weekend. Usually it’s a hassle to go and get the keys and turn them back in, so getting to skip that was a definite plus. Perfect location to get to the mountain easily in the morning. Also close enough to walk to the village. Super clean. Not really enough seating for 8 people in the main room though unless people want to sit at the kitchen table
