A last-minute opening has made this
sought-after Southampton property available from August 1st through Labor Day 2006. Modern style home with beautiful water views from almost every room. Designed by Robert F. Lewis, pupil of Frank Lloyd Wright.
It comes with a heated salt water pool and upgraded outdoor furniture. Newly renovated kitchen with new Viking fridge, Asko dish washer and Nespresso coffee maker. Kitchen is well equipped with kitchen tools. A 17 foot-high ceiling living room has a fireplace and magnificent bay/ocean view. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All beddings and linens are provided. There is also a kayak, beach chairs and a beach cart for you to use. Shinnecock bay is only half block away!
Convenient location. 10 minutes to Coopers beach, shops and restaurants in Southampton. 5 minutes to Hampton Bay stores, movie theater and Meschutt Beach.
The house is also very close to world class Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. The town of Southampton contains two public golf courses. These courses are Poxabogue Golf Course in Sagaponack and Sag Harbor Golf Course in Barcelona Neck.
