Family-Friendly Large House on the Mesa - Walk to Town and River!

Our house is located on the Mesa, the nicest part of Salida. The location is great for walking to downtown Salida, the Arkansas River, the Salida Golf Club, bike paths and parks. More than 3,100 ft2 of space to enjoy. You’ll love our house because of the peaceful neighborhood, closeness to town, ample space, mountain views, and outdoor decks. This is a family-oriented rental and the property can comfortably accommodate two families or a large extended family. The fenced yard is perfect for little children to safely play. The3 house has DirecTV service. If you have a smaller family / group and will use only a portion of the house, we are happy to discuss a reduced rate that reflects this. The main floor has two bedrooms which sleep 4. Just let us know and we can work out the details.
The bedding for the home is as follows:
Master Bedroom: King (main level)
First Bedroom: Two (2) Twin (main level)
Second Bedroom: Queen (lower level)
Third bedroom: One (1) Twin, Bunk-bed with One (1) Full and One (1) Twin (lower level)
Sofa-Sleeper: Queen (lower level)

You won't need your car -- just 4 blocks to Safeway and 6 blocks to F Street. The house has high-speed Internet (300+) with the latest and fastest router technology.

The main floor has a master bedroom with king bed, two closets and full on-suite bathroom. The master ceiling was hand-painted by an artist from Santa Fe. She spent 4 weeks on her back painting the scene.
The second bedroom on the main level has two twin beds and a large closet with a dresser. There is a full bath on the main level.
The lower level has two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and including a chaise lounge for relaxing. The second has a bunk bed (full & twin) and a separate twin bed. There is a family room also downstairs with a large office space, queen sleeper sofa, smart flat 60" screen TV. You can access Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime are available (with your subscription).
The main level has full-size laundry appliances, dining room (table seats 6), kitchen with large breakfast bar plus a second table with seating for 4. The main level family room has plenty of seating and includes a flat screen with DirecTV service (all ESPN, NFL, FS1, MLB, HGTV) -- more than 175 channels and Fire stick for streaming. There is also a Bluetooth receiver and center speaker, front speakers and sub-woofer which provide excellent sound for movies, TV watching and listening to music. The deck is off the kitchen and has two levels and a 4-burner natural gas grill with views of "S" Mountain and the surrounding hills. The kitchen is complete with everything you need including a Keurig brewer and drip coffee maker.. The large attached garage has great space for all your gear.
Our house is a premier residence with very nice finishes, furniture and details. It's located on the Mesa in Salida -- the best area of town.
