Great location; rural enough for our young kids to enjoy feeding the local horse some carrots and apples, close enough to town to walk into downtown via the river trail. Great house and very attentive host.

What a great spot! It has a wonderful rural feel with horses nearby, but take 5 minutes by bike to be in downtown Salida. The deck overlooking the mountains is spectacular, and the courtyard sat all 10 of us for dinner. We tubed on the river into town twice...so fun! Highly recommend.

This is our third time staying at Tony's property, and we absolutely love it. Tony is a wonderful host, the house is spacious and clean, and the location is great for accessing the river and downtown. We'll definitely be back!

Tony was very helpful and prompt with any questions. He was actually at the property when we arrived, which was very different than any visits we had in the past. He was very sweet and even gave us a tour of the property. He was so kind and fun to be around. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a place to stay in the Salida area. The house was great and very spacious.

Great house in a quiet location and within walking distance of town. Looked at the stars, listened to the geese flying by, watched the deer browsing (on the lilac!) in the front yard. Wonderful host and highly recommend this place for relaxation and peace.

Thank you so much for visiting. Not everyone has the appreciation for the subtleties. I love the geese chevrons. I wonder if they enjoy strafing the master bedroom. Shades of the flying monkeys in the Wizard of Oz. Please come back often.

Unique, beautiful stay near Salida!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property is great and there was plenty of space for everyone to hangout inside (and outside); the outdoor porch and fenced in yard area was ideal for sitting outside with our dog. Tony was great and met us upon arrival - would absolutely stay there again!
