Well appointed luxury condo with two master suites and a small bedroom with a twin bed, full kitchen, a gas fireplace and screen porch with hot tub. You are within walking distance to famous Betty's Country Store, as well as all other shopping and restaurants . Plus, close proximity to tubing the Chattahoochee, hiking, waterfalls, horseback, golf, wineries, ziplines, kayaking, swimming, and miniature golf.

This is a no smoking unit. Violators will be fined $200.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Very nice plenty of room hot tub needs some attention very clean beds were comfortable plenty of kitchen ware one of the best areas for exploring all of the town without having to even get in a car definitely loved the stay.

LOVED this location! It had easy access to downtown Helen without having to drive during the busy holiday traffic. Both bedrooms, with king beds and ensuite bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had all we needed for this trip. The dinning room table accommodated six and worked well for the board games we like to play. The hot tub was AMAZING for relaxing at the end of the day! Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay!

Nice place, great location. It wasn't clear there were multiple flights of stairs, which wasn't optimal for us. Rented this place for the screened in porch with hot tub, but between the heat and the spiders, we didn't get to use it as much as we wanted.Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed there.Overall, it was a nice place situated a short walk from downtown Helen, so the stay was most enjoyable.

This was not our first visit to this property. It is as advertised; clean, well stocked and everything works. The hot tub is a unique addition and we fully utilized it. The location is perfect for anyone who does not want to drive around town and pay parking fees. You can walk to everything and it is right next to Bettys, a small market that has everything you need at reasonable prices, plus a restaurant/snack bar. It is our number one choice when visiting Helen.

This Vrbo was spacious and well located! It was perfect for our family’s stay in Helen! I loved how we could walk everywhere and then come back and enjoy family time in a comfortable living space with access to streaming movies on the Roku & TV. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi- it was clean and we appreciated the extra towels that were provided. The owner was responsive to a request I made ahead of time and that was appreciated too! We would stay here again.
