This property requires a minimum of a 3night stay and cannot accommodate Sunday arrivals. A wonderful, detached country home in Norwich, Norfolk and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.
Cherry Tree Cottage is a wonderful, detached country home in Norwich, Norfolk. It has five bedrooms: one master with king-size with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, one double, one single and one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room in a separate annexe. There is a bathroom and WC, as well as a ground floor shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen and dining area. There is an additional sitting room in the annex, and a utility room. Off-road parking is available. Outside has a private lawned garden with a patio area and furniture provided. Note: Minimum 5 night booking over Christmas. Note: Holiday bookings only, no worker bookings. Note: This property has a minimum 3 night stay and cannot accommodate Sunday arrivals. Note: This property does not have EV charging facilities and for insurance purposes, vehicles are not to be charged at the property

Private rear lawned garden with patio area and furniture and built in BBQ ( owner provides first bag of charcoal). 11x Travel cot and 1x highchair provided at the property and additional child bed (available on request). Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry no smoking. Pub 2 miles, Shop 3 miles. Note; Access to bunk bed room is via the master bedroom. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
