Good 3 bedroom property, well situated for transport links. The property was clean and well equipped. Murat, the host, was friendly and quick to reply to any queries. He was there to meet us when we arrived and left. Listed as 1 & 1/2 bathrooms but there is only 1 bathroom however this did not pose a problem for us. We would definitely stay her again.

The property was well placed for sightseeing and easy for public transport. It was excellent having a store, pizzeria and pub nearby too. The 3 beds were comfortable but pillows were quite hard. There were no tea towels, only rolls of paper towel. The shower was an issue despite Murat visiting to set the thermostat, it still did not give warm showers. The shower in the bath was ok except the shower head had no wall attachment so holding it whilst trying to shower was not an enjoyable experience. However, fix those few things and it’s a great stay.

A simple appartment, excellent situated with a short walk to the Thames, Soho, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and breakfast cafes. Just what we needed.

Great spot close to everything

A great stay with everything we needed for our group of 3 couples. Close to tube station so easy access to the tourist spots of London. Plenty of pubs nearby to eat at or have a drink. Vey nice coffee and food at the bakery just down the road also.

Wonderful Experience

What a wonderful stay! The flat was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our needs. Murat was very quick and happy to answer any questions we had. Location couldn’t have been better—easy access to everywhere in the city. I can’t recommend highly enough! We will tell all our friends to stay here!

Great Stay!

We had a really nice stay! The apartment was comfortable and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the nearest subway station in five minutes. We had good communication with Murat and he was very flexible with our check-in needs. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The home was very clean with obviously freshly painted walls and new carpet. The home had all the things we needed during our stay and our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to many places and grabbing a bus right outside the home was easy. We would stay here again!

The Position was excellent but the rest was poor. It was a 3 bedroom home described as beautiful and supposedly with 2 bathrooms. Only one bathroom containing a bath and separate shower.For two couples it was totally inadequate. Not enough room for people to relax. No dining facility. Very cramped kitchen. The entrance smelled of mould and generally very dirty throughout. Could not possibly recommend. The description on Expedia could not possibly be more wrong.

Easy Access to All You Need!

Great location for our home base as we ran throughout London seeing all the sights! Quick walk to the Underground and plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. Owner met us at the property and worked with us during some plan changes due to the railway strikes! Had everything we needed and was quiet during the nights. I would happily recommend a stay here!

There are a number of things we believe are important to improve the stay here. Firstly the outside appearance is very concerning. A door covered in graffiti and lots of rubbish. Taxi driver was concerned leaving us there. No microwave, kitchen and bathroom sink taps not working correctly, no bin in bathroom. No tea towels in kitchen , no cover on ironing board, lounge chairs very difficult to get out of as extremely low. Would be very difficult for older guests. On the positive side. Host very helpful on check in. Carried our bags up stairs. Roomy bedrooms but awful pillows. House was clean and a very user friendly large bathroom. Would highly recommend this property if these issues were addressed. I would stay again if they were but not if they weren’t.

Great location

The place is in a great location. Across the street from the bus stop. A lot of food options near by. The house has only one bathroom! It has one bathroom with a shower and a tub shower. Great kitchen. Great sitting room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean! Main train station just down the street.

Restaurants and grocery within 30 steps of the front door. 3 story home, kitchen and living room on first floor, 1 queen bedroom and big bathroom in second floor, and two more queen bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Perfect location. Quiet, clean, nice host. There is a washer, but I didn't seem to find a dryer. They don't list having one, I just took it for granted. I felt safe there as there are two double locked doors to gain entry. That part of town seemed safe as well. Host was accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Thank you!

We loved it!

The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to messages. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really liked the location; it was not in the middle of all the action, so it was quieter than most neighborhoods, but it was still easy to get most anywhere. The only drawback was that i didn't realize this property was on 3 separate levels, so that was slightly inconvenient, but nonetheless I would recommend this vrbo!

Above expectations

Had a great 4 night stay. The property was clean and the beds are comfortable. It was minus 5 overnight and the house was warm. It's fairly basic, but had everything you could need. The house is behind some shops with a non descript front door that is a passage to the house behind. It's 3 levels, with kitchen and lounge on the ground, bath and a bedroom on floor 1 and there last 2 beds up top. It's in a great location to walk into London. The tube station is about a 5 minute walk away with great easy connections to the rest of London. The host had great communication arriving at the property and met us at the door to greet us and show us around and then left us to it.

The property was in a good location to the underground and walking distance to other attractions. We were supposed to stay with another couple, but there was only one bathroom. The pictures on the website made it to look like there was another bathroom. Next time I need to take attention to detail in the listing. It did say after we re-v isited the booking, that there was only one bathroom. The property would be good for a family with only one bathroom, but not when you are staying with friends.

Need Work

Great location; communication with the manager was timely and greeted us at the house. House was okay however the entry way dirty and very uninviting. Living Room furniture was worn out, broken and made our stay very uncomfortable. Faucets in kitchen was broken and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Water would spray everywhere when turned on. Desk fans were insufficient to deal with the warm summer. Need box or stand fans. With a little TLC it could be a good place however would not recommend in current condition.
