Thank you so much for your feedback — we're really glad to hear you enjoyed the property itself and found it clean and well-kept. It’s also great to hear that things went smoothly during your stay with your little ones, and we appreciate your consideration about the downstairs neighbor. We’re truly sorry about the parking situation and the stress it caused during your arrival. We completely understand how inconvenient that must have been, especially after a long drive with a newborn. To give you some context, when we were notified that another vehicle was parked in your assigned spot (8-21), we immediately contacted patrol and checked with all of our cleaners and inspectors to see if the car belonged to anyone on our team. It did not. Patrol confirmed that the vehicle — a rental with no permit or identifying information — was unauthorized and placed a tow notice on it. Unfortunately, the car remained there for two days despite that notice, but was eventually towed. In the meantime, we made sure you had access to a nearby HOA parking spot while we worked on a resolution. We completely understand that this wasn’t ideal, especially during such a critical time in your trip, and we appreciate your patience while we tried to address the issue through the proper channels. Your feedback is extremely helpful, and we're continuing to work with the HOA and patrol to prevent situations like this in the future. We sincerely hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and that we’ll have the chance to host you again under better circumstances.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Reservations for the pool and hot tub are a COVID-19 safety measure and will only be in place for a little while longer as we wait for San Diego County restrictions to loosen.

Hi Allison, thank you for your review. So happy you had a great time at the condo. It is a very nice place to vacation with a family. About your complaint, it surprises me a little. The couch is 3 years old and we have not had any complaints before. We will mention it to the owner. Thank you for the review Cathy. We hope you were able to make some wonderful memories during your stay. I have already sent this to Cathy in a personal email but it will probably be beneficial to our future guests to have this information as well. If you ever arrive to one of our properties and have a concern with the cleaning please let us know so we can address it right away. If you arrive and there is an accidental hair on your bed that was not caught by the cleaners and you are concerned about how clean they are let us know and we will have someone stop by as soon as possible to remake the bed. If the cleaners did not catch the crevices of the shower let us know and we will send them back asap to make sure everything is covered. We do our best to keep the condos in the best conditions possible. Being right on the beach comes with its challenges but we take pride in making sure the condos are ready for our guests. The complex is a SMOKE FREE complex and if there are ever issues of any type of smoke coming into your unit the 24 hour security will handle the issue if they are notified. I know due to a conversation I had with Cathy she did not want to be disturbed during her stay but without her notifying us of these concerns we were not able to correct them for her. We will continue to do our best to make sure these items are addressed before our stay but would encourage future guests to reach out to us so we can fix them if they do arise. Regards, Mark Warr
