Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in this deluxe condo. Our condo is remodeled with luxury granite counters, new master bedroom furnishings, and 3 flat screens televisions and Wi-Fi. The quiet corner location of this Condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. The ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats, and dolphins at play.
Our condo is located in North Coast Village, a condo complex that is built along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball and even fire pits for barbequing. Inside North Coast Village you can enjoy lush tropical landscaping with wandering streams, waterfalls and ponds filled with Japanese koi. There are two pools, two Jacuzzis, and exercise room, saunas, recreation room with pool tables and ping pong tables, and a putting green. The complex is gated and has 24-hour security. It is only a ten-minute walk to the beautiful harbor with many fine restaurants and unique shops. From here you can rent boats or take a fishing charter. It is only a 15-minute walk to a great pier and downtown area with more restaurants and a 16-screen movie theatre. It is a great southern calif. location between LA and San Diego.
Upon arrival you will receive a gift basket of snacks to enjoy.

Located close to the Pier, downtown, and an exit or two away from major stores. Excellent response time and communications from our host. Highly recommend.

Very clean. Excellent views of the ocean, pool and hot tub. Within walking distance to beach, downtown and the harbor. Very nice communication with host.We arrived after dark and there was construction work outside the checkin area with no signage. This was corrected with signage the next day. None of this was the fault of the host.

Relaxing!

We had a great time staying at Diane's condo. Check-in was easy and the condo was spotless. Great views of the ocean & the pier. Slept with the windows open and could hear the waves crash all night! Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds....Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Such a great stay!

The location is fabulous, with a gorgeous view from every window/balcony. Clean unit with comfortable beds. Great communication from the owner. I’ve stayed in over 10 different units and this was definitely one of my favorites!!

We live in southern California and hour away from the condo which we purchased as our vacation home. We are at the condo whenever we do not have guests and never tire of the beautiful ocean views from all rooms.

We purchased this property because of the amazing beauty of the koi pond and landscaping, and the fabulous amenities such as two pools, two Jacuzzis, workout room with sauna, etc. It was obvious to us the Homeowners Association took pride and spared no expense to constantly upkeep and improve this complex.

The complex is in a great location, walking distance to both the harbor and pier for great restaurants, movies and shops.
