About Jon S Maule

Married, kids, dogs, cats... We live and work on the Front Range but can be up there in a little over an hour.

Jon S Maule purchased this Condo in 2016

Why Jon S Maule chose Historic District

we LOVE Breckenridge and spend a boatload of time up here so it made sense (in our minds) to get something close to town that was small, low-maintenance and most importantly... ...walk-able.

What makes this Condo unique

What we love about this place is it's right downtown. All the restaurants, bars, trails are just a minute or two away

      • We stuffed the biggest, most comfortable bed we could find in here since you'll need the best sleep possible after spending all day outside. I do want to mention that if you're a very light sleeper, you may not have the best stay. This is an end unit next to a street and you will occasionally hear a truck or bus. Also, you may get some noise from the adjacent stairwell if people are heavy-footed or they slam the door. I consider myself to be a light sleeper and brought up a white-noise machine to help with this. I will occasionally wake up but fall right back asleep. It's not bad but I don't want you to be surprised by anything here. Hope that makes sense.

      • Yes, it has a bathroom too. No tub but a rather large shower. We'll provide towels, shampoo and soap. Breckenridge is pretty dry, especially in the winter. Drink a boatload of water and moisturize! Thankfully the grocery store sells lotion should you forget (or maybe TSA borrows it)

This was the hardest piece of furniture to pick out. Seating four people (up to 6?) without crowding the kitchen space.. so we opted for the folding table and four stools (two hidden in the bedroom)

                                    • wheelchair inaccessible
I hesitated to declare this place inaccessible as I really don't know. While you could probably get into the property, I wouldn't think the amenties (bed, shower, toilet...) are wheelchair "friendly" if that makes sense. Please let me know if you have questions about this or think otherwise.

Great location , idea for skiing and main Street.

                                                          Perfect Location, Cozy Condo

                                                          Michael W.Orlando, FL

We stayed here in March 2018 for a Spring Break ski trip. The Condo, while small, was excellent and well appointed. It fit our family of 4 perfectly (kids 6 & 8). They were very comfortable on the pullout couch and the King bed is very comfortable.

The view was great and the location cannot be beaten. 1 block from Main St and the Main/Jefferson Trolley stop and 1.5 blocks from the French/Jefferson Blue Bus Stop gives you easy access to the Peak 9 base area or a short ride to the Gondola. While the walk to the Quicksilver Lift wasn't bad for adults, it's easier and quicker to take the bus. The ski/board/coat racks in the hallway were perfect for storing gear out of the way and preventing water/dirt from getting into the living space.

The Condo is also right across the street from a grocery store. You'll pay for the convenience, as the store felt rather expensive, however, it was still cheaper to buy food and prepare meals at home than eating out every night. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, however, I would suggest purchasing some plastic cups if you have kids as the only cups in the unit are glass.

The kids loved the board games and we had fun playing them as a family. Having Netflix access was great for keeping the kids entertained as we got ready in the mornings or between skiing and dinner. If you're a nighttime TV person, be aware there is no TV in the bedroom if you put the kids to bed early.

The owner Jon was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating, quickly replying to any questions or requests that may have come up.

Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to a couple, two single people, or family with no more than 2 young children or one older kid. It was very clean and well maintained.

                                                          Great time

                                                          Ray K.

For 1-2 people its fine. 3 minute walk to the shuttle bus to Beaver Run, about a 5 minute ride. Opposite a good Italian restaurants & close to many others.

                                                          Great location, nice and clean.

This property is in the best location in Breck. One block off main street and just a few blocks from the ski hill. It is very small though and only accommodates a couple people max. It was very clean and has every thing you need!

                                                          Nice condo, great location!

Everything was great! We enjoyed being right downtown, it was easy to get to, and we were able to walk to the base of Peak 9 in a little under 10 minutes.

Our place is close to everything! Less than a block to Main street and many outstanding restaurants. ~2 maybe 3 blocks to the Quicksilver lift, 1 block to the bus stop (French & Jefferson) that would take you to the gondola (about a 10 min walk). There is a great little grocery across the street as well as a liquor store. Park your car in the garage (limited space) and walk everywhere! Breckenridge Business License No. 397950001
