About the host
Hosted by Chris
Chris is the owner of Levings Residential Resources, a small real estate renovation and rental company. He and his wife are both graduates of the University of Florida and lived in metro Atlanta for six years. They moved back to Deland in 2013 after they had their first daughter to be closer to family. This is Chris' first furnished, short term rental.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. It's so nice to be able to walk off of the front porch and be at any downtown Deland restaurant or bar in under five minutes, while still being on a quiet side street.
What makes this property unique
Plenty of space with a second, more casual living area on the third floor. The finishes aren't all high end, but the house was renovated with a focus on function and cleanliness. The house can hold up to ten people without feeling crowded.
