About Vacasa of Georgia

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

The cabin is spacious and has room for all guests to spread out. Comfortable cabin, lots to do inside if your plans get rained out for the day.

Relaxing as advertised

  • 3 of 5

The photos of the outside location of the cabin could have been more revealing. From the photos I was under the impression that the cabin was situated in a more open and elevated site. This was not the case. Cabin was in a semi closed in depression. Wished I’d known this before I rented. Next time I’ll ask.

Quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. Ambiance upon arrival was beautiful. Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of hiking. Kitchen had everything needed for home cooked meals. Plenty of dishes and flatware. Lots of games and beautiful trails with stunning views nearby. I wouldn't recommend walking your dog down the length of the road. Besides the inclines a couple of the locals just let their dogs run. We didn't have huge issues but it did get scary enough a few times. Twice was enough of that for us so we just stuck to long walks on the trails. We also had a friendly and extremely emaciated dog show up and hang out on the porch. I walked him back to his property as his name and number was provided on his tags. Personally it bothers me to see that. So dangerous for the dogs and potentially for people. Some trucks just flew down the street and with the curves and dips... The cabin is absolutely beautiful with comfortable beds and couch. I didn't have cell svc but wifI was provided. Which was perfect for unplugging. We had a minor issue and management was responsive. We loved the cabin and location and were extremely happy with our experience. We had amazing day adventures and our furbaby whom thoroughly enjoyed himself as well. He was able to be participate in everything we did, including dining out in town. So many dog friendly shops. His favorite was all the hiking and tubing he did with us. We love, loved it. So pleased this years family vacation was a huge success and we will definitely use vacasa again.
