Vacation Rental Amenities:
-Secure parking area and private elevators that are key operated. A parking pass will give you access to our reserved covered parking spot just a few feet from the front (beach-side) elevator, which, when it reaches the top floor, is just a few feet from our door.
-Luggage and grocery carts are available for your use. -Sunbathe on your own private balcony with almost constant gentle breezes. Our penthouse level balcony faces the Gulf, not other condos, so no one watches you sunbathe other than the occasional pelican, gull or parrot flying by. There are also facilities for sunbathing by the private pool. The heated pool six floors below is a favorite relaxation spot for many guests.
-There are bar-b-que grills and tables with umbrellas on the adjoining patio. This is a good place to talk with friends, play cards, or have a picnic (great way to prepare the fresh fish caught from the jetty or bridge, or purchased at the market across the street).
-Private, keyed, direct access to the beach, with a convenient bench and fresh water shower hose to rinse off the sugar sand as you return from the beach.
-The beach is a 100 yard wide stretch of sparkling sugar sand from our access gate to the gently swishing waves of water at high tide.
-Beach has a naturally shallow swimming area with white sand bottom, protected by a sandbar out from the beach. It is buoyed to prevent boat access. The water is warm year round. Enjoy the gentle, rolling gulf waves, no rip tide, on the beach in front of the condo.
-We provide binoculars, beach towels, folding chairs, and various beach toys, floatees, shovels and buckets, etc.
In the condo, you will find:

Comfortable, pleasurable condo with a view from the deck that is amazing
I had an amazing time.
A nicely appointed well situated unit made for a very enjoyable stay.
The building is in a great location, on a beautiful beach in walking distance to the John's Pass Boardwalk where there is plenty of activity with dining, shopping and water sports. The building is of the older variety but well maintained for the most part.
The unit is perfectly situated on the top floor corner of the building. The owners were very nice meeting us upon arrival, showing us around and providing a great deal of useful information. The unit was clean, nicely appointed and well equipped. The extra wide veranda is directly facing the gulf providing beautiful sunset views.
The only negative was that the internet was sporadic during our entire stay rendering the wifi virtually useless. This was frustrating as everyone in our party was counting on the internet to keep in touch with work, family etc.
We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back provided the internet issues are resolved.
Loved the location, beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins everyday walking the beach or sitting on the deck. Owners super friendly and informative on the area. Check in / out was a breeze. Will be back!
You can't beat being on the beach in Florida in the Winter!
The condo owners were wonderful- they met us at the property on Sat to give us the keys and show us the lay of the land. The condo was spotless & well stocked with towels, etc. Because we enjoy cooking we were disappointed that there wasn't a full oven in the kitchen (there was a combo micro/convection oven that vented back into the kitchen). For people who do not want to do a lot of cooking the kitchen is certainly more than adequate with many high quality pans and sharp knives. Unfortunately, during our 2 week stay, we had neighbors all around who smoked regularly on their balconies. We like to have our windows open day and night but could only get away from the smoke by closing the condo up. The location on the beach was great. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and watching the boats come and go through John's Pass.
I’m sorry that our “spotless” “well-stocked” condo “ and “wonderful“ hospitality earned only three stars from you. We can do nothing about the smoking habits of others and can only hope that as the dangers of smoking are brought home to folks, this public problem will abate.
Lovely Condo and great location!
This two bedroom, two bath condo was lovely and the beach view was amazing. The location to so many things within walking distance was perfect. Thank you Gene and Marsha for being so accommodating.
