We lost a bunch of our landscaping and were covered in sand but other than that our building and unit were not damaged by neither Hurricanes Helene nor Milton so we are offering a 25% discount for all nights until the end of December.
Unit #411 at The Madeira Norte. It’s a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental that can sleep up to 6 guests. It boasts a stunning 100% panoramic view of the beach and water from its spacious balcony. See the dolphins swim in the Gulf of Mexico while you drink your morning coffee. In the evening relax as you watch the sun slowly sink into the Gulf during one of Madeira Beach's famous sunsets.
Divide your days by lounging at the building's beautiful and ample sized pool area (located right on the beach) and strolling on Madeira's white powdery sand.
As you walk in the front door you will realize that you can already see the Gulf of Mexico. In fact, you have views from about 2/3rds of the Condo, including the master bedroom. The entire unit is furnished with beautiful clean tile flooring. When you walk into the kitchen from the entryway you will find a renovated high ceiling room with newer appliances. It has been updated with stone countertops and new cabinets. It's opposite (now widened) door leads out to the dining area.
The living room boasts of a new black leather sectional sofa containing a pull-out sleeper, a comfortable electric recliner, and a large flat screened TV to compliment it 's gulf view. The living room and master bedroom both have sliding glass door access to the double wide beachfront balcony. There is plenty of seating in the dining and living areas for your family and friends to enjoy.
The master bedroom offers a King size bed and is attached to its own private fully renovated granite and tile half bathroom and then to a second full bathroom which is also granite and tile which has a glass-doored walk-in shower.
The second or back bedroom contains 2 twin beds.
Additional amenities include free high speed wireless internet and a new private washer/dryer.
The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents.
The shared pool offers an alternative to the warm azure gulf waters, with ample poolside seating, umbrellas and bbq areas, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
This condo is located on the fourth floor and is accessible by a key operated elevator, or locked stairway, making it very secure.
The Madeira Norte is located towards the southern end of the Seaside town of Madeira Beach.
We usually rent from Saturday to Saturday but if you are interestedPass and bridge are located just a few blocks to the south. The entrance to John's Pass Village and it’s World-Famous Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters can be accessed directly across the street from The Madeira Norte Condominiums.
There is assigned parking space for 1 vehicle + 1 guest parking
According to building By-Laws we have a one week minimum for bookings.
