The condo was clean and as described. The king bed was comfortable but the pullout couch was pretty hard (personal preference). The complex was quiet and perfect walking distance to town! The parking garage was a great added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!
The property at Park Avenue Lofts could not have been more conveniently located. Steps away from Main Street and hiking trails. Check in/out was simple (the employee at checkin shared lots of great tips), apartment was clean and roomy. Will stay again!

The location of the property is amazing - close to everything. The unit was clean and maintained. Having a dedicated garage parking spot is prime in a town where parking is at a premium (and you can just walk everywhere and not even need the car for the most part). Not a deal breaker by any means, but local stations on the TV would have been nice to catch weather, etc. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

A great location. Upon arrival, I parked in the garage and did not drive my vehicle again until departure for check-out.
The furniture was good and the kitchen had ample appliances, silverware, dishes, etc, and utensils.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the management was friendly.

This Parklofts condo was perfect for us. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants on Main Street and Park. Right above Base Mountain Sports where we rented bikes, and adjacent to F lot for when we meet up with our kids. My husband has space to work when needed, and we had a wooded balcony. This was perfect for our needs this trip!
Worst thing I could say was pillows were not to my preference. The property exceeding our expectations especially for the price point and location! Check in was quick and easy. Everything was great. This was my first experience with a VRBO and couldn't ask for more. I could see the heated garage being a big selling point during the winter!
The location is just a block from main street but is very quiet. We enjoyed parking in the covered garage and being able to walk anywhere we wanted. The condo itself has a very comfortable layout given the smaller size. Although the place was certainly clean, there are a few stains in the carpet along the edge of the kitchen. Not a big deal for us but could be for others.As we visit Breck a few times a year this condo will remain on the top of our list!
We were absolutely thrilled with our recent stay! Lovely mountain condo, fabulous location with amazingly easy access to downtown area with its restaurants, cafes, breweries, and shops! Didn’t even move our car In three days. The parking access could have been explained a bit better. We asked a shop owner for more details and it worked out perfectly! Loved our stay! Would recommend it highly!
The apartment was exactly how it appears in the pictures. Super clean and well taken care of. There were enough linens and other amenities that were provided for a 3 person stay for 2 nights and 3 days. The Great Lodge is one block away from main street so you are central to restaurants and shops. Best part is the garage parking. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend in Breck. The king bed was comfortable (memory foam). The unit was very clean. The unit doesn't get a lot of light, but it is nice and secluded with the trees in front. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. The biggest complaint was that there were not any consumable items in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, or any spices. We would stay again and plan on bringing what we need to cook.

TV and oven did not work. Purchased lots of food for cooking. Email communication was slow and unsuccessful. Email response was several hours later. We were told someone would stop by sometime that day. We went to ski from open to close. Never heard a word. Wasted lots of $
On a positive note it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Almost always there is a Kurig in places we've stayed. Here there was a Mr Coffee but no filters supplied. We ended up having to go out in search of coffee in the morning. There was also no sugar or salt and pepper or condiments of any kind supplied. The ice maker and water dispenser both did not work on the fridge. The toilet kept blocking up which explained the plunger kept next to it. We would not stay here again.

Location and amenities were great for our short ski trip. Rented our ski gear from store next door and walked across the block to the Quicksilver lift. Walking distance to restaurants and stores - short 2 minute drive to the grocery store. There is a hot tub in the property too. Only downside is the entrance to the garage which is a little narrow - but not a deal breaker.
I decided, last minute, to join a group of friends - came across this place to stay at separately - and pulled the trigger on it.

- Super easy check-in / check-out at the management building on the way into town.
- Perfect location - right behind Ollie’s, down the street from Breck Brewery, Brooklyn’s Tavern and every shop imaginable.
The parking situation is ideal - underground private and heated with elevator access right up to your floor. *The garage access is extremely snug (I was driving a 4Runner) so be aware of that*
All in all, it’s a fantastic place and I would definitely stay there again!
