Our home offers a comfortable, modern, and tranquil space for families & friends to gather & enjoy all that Wintergreen & Nelson County have to offer. With expansive outdoor space, 2 living spaces, and 4 bedrooms, we offer comfort for up 8 guests.

Walkable to nearby trails & a 5 minute drive brings you to the Mountain Inn & slopes. Ideal for a group of friends, family trip, visit to breweries and vineyards, or quiet romantic getaway. Escape to the best the Blue Ridge mountains have to offer!

Our home offers a zero stair entry, with 2 living spaces, 4 private bedrooms, including 2 king bedroom ensuites, 1 queen and twin bunks, for sleeping up to 8 guests.

You're welcomed by serene tree-scaped entry, and expansive front deck. Just inside, you'll find a spot to hang your coat and kick off your shoes.

The vaulted ceiling on main floor living, dining and kitchen area provide seating for everyone, and a place to gather and unwind after a day on the trails, tastings at the local watering holes, or skiing the slopes.

Main level is finished off with a primary bedroom ensuite and laundry. For those concerned with stairs this makes for a great option when travelling with parents and grandparents to ease the burden of climbing stairs.

Second living space and ensuite bedroom can be found in the basement, to maximize comfort and space during your stay. Whether you assign to your children, or provide adults with a space of their own, everyone has a spot to relax and enjoy.

Both the main floor and basement level have back deck space to spread out and experience time outdoors.

The final 2 bedrooms hold 1 queen and 1 twin bunk, and can be found on the top level of the home.

The lower level offers a second living space equipped with board games, puzzles, movies and children toys to stay entertained. A 55" Smart TV with Prime video, Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ for those looking to catch a glimpse of the ball game or watch a movie is a great way to end the day.

Wonderful getaway

Communication with Sarah was outstanding before, during and after. Clean and inviting home filled with everything you need. Truly relaxing. Screened in porch with fireplace was an absolute hit.

Celebrating Anniversaries

We loved our stay at Wintergreen! My sister and I celebrated our wedding anniversaries with our husbands and we’re thrilled with the two king suites. The house was impeccably clean and felt like home. We appreciated the supplies like ziplock bags and plenty of nice towels. The bedding was luxurious and the neat fireplace on the back porch was beautiful. We really hope to return someday soon.

Perfect Short Stay

We rented this property for graduation weekend. The home is decorated nicely. Sarah communicated with me before and during our stay. I would recommend stocking up on groceries before arriving as the dining and grocery options on the resort closed relatively early. During our stay, the resort marked closed at 4pm.

We love this home because it provides a lot of outdoor living, a zero step entry for our family, and two king suites for everyone to have comfort and privacy while staying. Wintergreen offers a lot of activities on the mountain, and Nelson 151 just a short drive away, there's something for everyone to enjoy year round.
