The rental includes 4 new backpack style beach chairs, new beach towels, beach toys, a pack n' play, highchair/booster, family games & toys, to name a few.
The living quarters have vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan throughout, including a large dining room, breakfast bar, and spacious living room. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, brand new pots & pans, knives, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, etc.
As for the living room, all furnishings are brand new. Including a new linen Queen sleeper sofa. Just off of the living room, through the sliding glass doors, is a deck with a gas barbecue grill and a bistro table & chairs.
The master bedroom includes all new furniture, mattress, linens, & TV with U-verse cable, 2 closets, & ensuite master bath with double sinks & separate toilet/shower room. The second bedroom features an extremely comfy Murphy Bed that is intended for everyday use, yet can be easily stowed during the day or when guests are not occupying the space. When the Murphy Bed is stowed, the second bedroom makes for a perfect home office as the room is equipped with built-ins, including a desk, shelving, & drawers, as well as the Murphy Bed. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom & full sized closet. We look forward to sharing our town home with you and your friends & family!
