Running on Faith tiene 4 dormitorios principales, sala, sala, comedor y todos con televisores inteligentes. Una verdadera casa frente al mar en Carova con un camino privado a la playa. Pisos de madera en LR, DR, MSTR BDRM superior y alfombra en los 3 dormitorios principales restantes. Todos los baños tienen baldosas de cerámica. This is our second time renting this home and we have to say we love it. The location on Carova is perfect if you want to see more horses than people. lol. The owner is an excellent communicator and generally great guy. The home is well maintained and comes complete with any appliance or kitchen gadget you can think of. WiFi is also excellent. We will be back!

It was a wonderful vacation. We’ve been to the Outer Banks many times and this was the first time on the four-wheel-drive Corolla Beach. It was great. It was such a fun experience riding on the beach. The home was beautiful and well stocked. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Great views. Horses were nearby everyday which was so much fun. The home is in a more secluded area so a lot of the beach traffic is found south of the home. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to go. And the hosts could not have been more lovely. Would definitely recommend this home and will be back.

The home is beautiful and my family had a wonderful time. Our kids loved the pool and easy walk to the beach. The home has a really nice kitchen and deck that over looks the pool and beach.

Stunning Property on Adventurous 4x4 Beach!

This beach house is Stunning! Spacious and very clean with a super comfy large couch and beds. The views from this home are amazing and every evening, the wild horses came right up to the house. We loved that the house is on the 4x4 beach! We had a blast driving on the beach every day. We could walk right out the back door to the beach which was never crowded near this house. The heated pool was great with lounge chairs and a hot tub for the late nights. We loved that it had two out door showers! This house is fully stocked, especially the kitchen! It was like being right at home with anything and everything I needed! We will 100% be back! If you’re on the fence about which beach house to pick….this is it!

The house is absolutely incredible and a very nice place to stay. The homeowner is a joy to work with. The horses come right around the house and the ocean never disappoints! Hope to stay again!

Great stay!

My family and I had an amazing time at this house! The house has a great open layout and everything was clean. The walk to the beach was short and the views were awesome from the house. We’d definitely stay here again! The drive to the house requires you to drive on the beach and it can get pretty bumpy, having an off road vehicle of some kind is definitely the best way to get to the house. If you have a vehicle that can get there, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful Clean Home!

This home is a wonderful beach house with everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare all meals which is very important to us. There is lots of hang out space for our family of 7 where everyone had their own space to relax. The pool area was awesome and close proximity to the beach. The house was decorated nicely, updated and very clean. We didn't have the best weather but our family with 5 children enjoyed our time together here! It was our first time driving on the beach so definitely do your homework on that before attempting that drive!! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was very clean and added a great experience for our kids. There was ample room for us and the decks added easy access the beach. Communication with the owner was incredible. Highly recommended.

Quite and relaxing place to stay.

If you are wanting a laid back vacation with beautiful scenery this place has it all. Great place to hang out with family. The home is very well equipped and Tim was very responsive and attentive. A beautiful location and we got to see numerous wild horses.

Beach Vacation

Relaxing getaway

Just got back from a one week stay at this beautiful property. It was two families who just wanted a week away at the beach and pool and we were not disapointed. The house, beach, pool and grounds were all as described and beyond. The host was amazing with communication and answered any of our needs that arose. I will definitely be back for future vacations.

Sunrise over the ocean and Wild Horses to start your day

Beatiful home with many amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. A lot of space to be on your own or hang out together. Views are spectacular. Tim was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Make sure you rent a 4x4 if you are getting a rental. It’s a really interesting experience. Definitely a great getaway. Plan ahead to prepare for drives to go places or food shop on the way. The drive is eight miles on the 4x4 beach so there are no local restaurants or stores until you get to the main road. Would definitely recommend if this is what you are looking for!

Great time even with issues

This home is absolutely beautiful. We checked in with no issues. Within the first several hours the blower on the middle floor went out. The owner immediately addressed the issue and had window units installed. The pool is truly lovely. The location is awesome. The decks and walkways could use some attention, but it’s an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Tim is truly amazing and attentive.

Outstanding!

We have rented many times in the OBX and this was one the best! If you can handle the 4x4 drive to get there, you will love this property. You can walk from the house to the pool then over the dune and onto the beach! We also saw horses everyday - including a visit into our carport! The owner was also super friendly and a great communicator.

Running on Faith has been more than just a house; it has been a blessing, a place of fond memories, and a source of great joy for all who have shared our home. When a fire took our beloved home in 2013, we were devastated but thankful that no one was hurt. Strangely, the guests who were there had decided to leave early, and we were delayed in our arrival on the eve of the fire. Running on Faith has blessed everyone who has entered its doors, and we are thrilled to rebuild and share our home once again.

For nearly 22 years many guests have shared what they love about our home and perhaps it is best expressed by one note I received several years ago that simply said 'Your home is so easy and comforting we just love returning each year' It truly makes me feel grateful to share our home with all of you.
