Location was safe and pretty. Lots of walking paths. Short drive to shopping, downtown area and rec center. Comfortable living room with smart tv and cable. Well supplied kitchen, liked that the refrigerator had ice maker & water dispenser. Bedrooms were very comfortable with ceiling fan in the master.Host was very responsive.We would definitely stay here again.

Great Long Term Stay

This location is excellent for long-term stay. There is plenty of space for four people, and the master bedroom even has a Mountain View! It is near parks, shopping, and I-25. The rental is well supplied. The owners are very communicative. I would stay here again.

This is a fabulous place. It was great for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. Best part was its location, very quite location, yet close to I-25 and shopping/restaurants in Loveland area. There are a lot of nice walking/biking trails all over that area. The kitchen/house is well equipped and well supplied. The place was reasonably clean. Very welcoming neighborhood and the community gym/pool was a great bonus. The host was very helpful but gave us total privacy.We were lucky to get it at a reasonable price.

Great for a long stay

I stayed at this location as a temporary home right after moving to Colorado. The neighborhood is nearly silent. You only hear an occasional dog bark or train whistle from a long distance away, and that has never disturbed me while working or sleeping. It actually adds to the charm of the location. The property is as you see in the pictures; it is beautiful and all of the rooms are generously sized. It’s a nice bonus that each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s a powder room downstairs. The porch is a very peaceful location to sit and/or work. The physical location of the townhome is very convenient. There is a Walmart close by for grocery shopping, a King Soopers 10 minutes away, and target shopping center about 10 minutes away. There was a small problem with the washing machine shortly after I arrived and the homeowner sent a repairman the same day I reported it. The owner is also very responsive and communicative on sending messages through Vrbo. I highly recommend this location and would stay at it again.

Super quiet neighborhood was a big plus. Clubhouse with small fitness center and outdoor pool both were bonuses and we used them daily. Great location with easy access to Boulder and Ft. Collins, which we needed to have. Well appointed unit.

Family Vacation to Colorado.

Our stay here was great! Very clean and great space for our family to stay. The property owner was available for questions by text immediately. Close to pool and gym to unwind or hit in the morning before excursions. Location was private, but close enough to great restaurants and shopping.

We chose this neighborhood in Loveland because it offers the perfect mix of peaceful, residential living and convenient access to everything we enjoy. It’s tucked away along a beautiful greenway, so there’s always a sense of calm — you’ll often see neighbors walking their dogs, kids riding bikes, or people relaxing under the trees. Yet it’s just a few minutes from downtown Loveland with its great local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and frequent art and music events.

Describe the scene and what you enjoy most:
What we love most is how green and quiet it is. Sitting on the patio in the evenings with string lights glowing, you hear birds and the occasional laughter from families nearby instead of traffic noise. It feels safe, welcoming, and well cared for — a little hidden gem in Loveland that makes it easy to unwind, while still being close to I-25 for trips up to Fort Collins, down to Denver, or out to the mountains.

What makes this property unique

Unlike large corporate rentals, this is truly a family home — we split its use between welcoming guests and giving grandparents special time with their granddaughter. It’s nestled in a quiet area with natural green space and plenty of walking paths, offering a peaceful, personal, family-friendly retreat you won’t find in typical rentals.
