Sandy Dreams is a premiere, guest-focused property located in 'The Pines' in North Rehoboth. One on one attention begins with your initial contact and continues throughout your stay! Special requests? Just ask and I will strive to ensure it happens!
Sandy Dreams features an in-ground, heated swimming pool. We have 3,000 square foot with two floors. A total of 5 comfortable bedrooms, with 3 being master suites (one on the first floor and two on the second floor). Each Suite has a private bathroom. There are a total of 4.5 baths and sleeps 12.

This is an awesome home for family vacation, reunions, or a getaway with friends!! We are guest focused and will do everything to make your stay memorable and perfect.

The gourmet kitchen features Viking commercial grade appliances; including a 5 burner cooktop and 2 ovens. Our open floor plan offers a Great Room which opens into dining area and wet bar--plenty of room to relax and create memories!

The interior has hardwood floors, tiled showers with frameless doors, granite countertops throughout and a fireplace in the Great room. Both the first and second floors spill out onto the decks and patio.

The outdoor living area has a privacy fence and outdoor shower. We have off-street parking for 2-3 vehicles and plenty of permit parking. It is a short walk to from the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants, and Shops (only 4 blocks from Rehoboth Avenue).

Directly across the street, you can take a leisurely stroll on one of the walking paths in 'Central Park'.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our extended family. Lots of private areas and space for children . Layout of home terrific for several couples and children. And Eric [ owner] was great in advance of trip and during vacation --- providing lots of information about the area and available to answer any questions .

Perfect Beach Getaway

Great house walkable to the beach and all the bars/restaurants in Rehoboth. More than enough room for seven adults and two children. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent House, Pool, and Location!

Everything is as advertised with Sandy Dreams -- the House is ideal for a large family or two, the pool is on the smaller side BUT it's heated & perfect for kids, the location is great (everything is walkable in town and nothing is more than a 5-10 minute drive unless you want to visit another beach/town), and Eric is available at all times for any questions. Highly recommended!

Wow! Look no further for a beach week house! Everything you want and need is here on Columbia Ave.! Not just an easy wall to Rehoboth Ave and the beach, but a beautiful walk. The kitchen is fantastic, the beds are cozy, but best of all, you're certain to have a fantastic and memorable week. Eric is available at all times if you have questions.

Great time!

I dare you to find a nicer or more accommodating host! Starting with the week before Eric was in touch to make sure everything was going to be smooth sailing. There were 12 of us.....4 couples and 4 children. ( 2) 5 yrs old and (2) almost three years old. Each family had their own bedroom and bath which was key. The rooms were spacious throughout the house and we never once felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped and had high end appliances. The house was centrally located with a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 10 min walk to town and a 15 min walk to the boardwalk. With the kids though we opted to drove to the beach as we had to bring so much stuff. There are beach chairs at the house along with boogie boards and a cart to carry them. That was also a great perk! The pool was set to 85 so very nice and warm compared to the ocean which was kind of cold. The only negative for us was the pool swimming area was very limited for the kids. I have a pool so the kids are used to jumping in the pool. The pool has stairs and bench seating at one end and bench seating on the other with about a 4x6 area that was free for swimming. We all used the pool but we had to be careful with the kids. Remember to bring paper products (ie toilet paper etc) as I missed that part in the write up. All in all we had a great vacation!

The best beach vacation ever!

Our family spent a week in this gorgeous house in a perfect location. Easy beach time, pool time, access to boardwalk and downtown from a house set in a beautiful neighborhood. Attention from the owner was the best of any vrbo experience we’ve had. We’re hoping to go back.

Outstanding owner, great property

The owner is fantastic. Never before have I had owners proactively reach out to me during my stay to see if he could do anything to make it better and Eric did just that. He even ordered bumper covers to help baby proof the glass table when we got there. The property is exactly as it is shown in pictures and the pool is great. Would definitely rent here again

Relaxing retreat

Sandy Dreams is a fabulous retreat for the family! Eric was very responsive to questions we had before and during our stay which was helpful as this was our first time in Rehoboth Beach. The home was spacious and very convenient walk to the beach, Boardwalk, and restaurants. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool as well and exploring the area. We made many great memories! Summer Vacation.

I rarely write reviews, but feel obligated to after our stay. The place was immaculate. Eric was incredibly responsive. I had to go back home for a couple days, but felt comfortable knowing Eric would be able manage any problem my family may have had. The place is rather roomy. I'm a "tad" OCD and feel the place definitely met my cleanliness check. The pool was rather convenient. I would definitely stay here again

The Pines

The property was high end, lovely, and comfortable. The pool was a nice perk. The location allowed walking to most of Rehoboth attractions, without the need to drive and park!

Beautiful and Relaxing Vacation Home

We rented this property for a summer family vacation and could not have been more pleased. The house was spacious and clean with a very convenient layout for our group of 3 adult couples and 3 children. The pool was an added bonus and a nice change from the beach in the afternoons- we especially appreciated that there was not a door leading directly out to the pool and a child lock on the gate for added safety protection for our small children (ages 2, 2 and 1). We were able to bike into town or the beach and enjoyed nearby trails, restaurants and breweries. The house had many added conveniences such as high end appliances, beach chairs, pool floats, games and more. The owners seem to have thought of everything and checked in often to make sure we were enjoying our stay or to ask if anything was needed. We would highly recommend this property because of the beautiful house, prime location, owner responsiveness and overall positive experience. We hope that we will be able to visit Sandy Dreams again in the near future!!

Amazing Vacation Rental

Beautiful house located close to shops/restaurants/attractions and a short walk to the beach. We had three families staying at the house for the week. The house is huge, light and airy with great, beach decor. The kids loved the pool and backyard. The owner is very responsive and helped us out quickly with any questions we had during the week. A quick 5 minute walk down 4th street takes you right to Rehoboth Avenue. I would highly recommend the house.

A Perfect Vacation Home

My family just spent a wonderful week at Sandy Dreams in Rehoboth Beach. This home is amazing! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, well organized and comfortable. It has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. Sandy Dreams is close to everything. We walked to the beach and to town every day and there is plenty of outlet shopping very close by. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing in the private back yard. We all especially appreciated the marvelous heated pool. Eric, the owner, is by far the best host we have ever had. He is professional, thorough and available. He checked in to be sure everything was perfect and it was! He truly cares about his guests. Sandy Dreams is an awesome vacation getaway in all aspects. We recommend it to everyone!!!!

Great house!!

My friends and I stayed at Sandy Dreams on Memorial Day weekend and had such a blast! The house is a new construction and is walking distance to the boardwalk. We were all very happy with the size of our rooms and the common area. We were a group of 10 and had ample room inside and outside - there is a large front porch, a pool patio, and an outside patio upstairs. The house even has a heated pool, which I hear is becoming less common in Rehoboth these days. Eric is an excellent host - he is very responsive and does everything he can to make sure your stay is memorable. He really knows the area and is enthusiastic about Rehoboth Beach. I highly recommend Sandy Dreams to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful home with great amenities that is walking distance to the beach!

Fabulous House

I loved everything about this place! It is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is has all of the luxury amenities you could want. Loved that they have a cabinet filled with outdoor glassware, which we used very often while relaxing by the pool and having dinner outside! The owner of the house is attentive and will answer any questions you may have. Thank you for a wonderful & painless experience renting your house! We will be going back as soon as possible!!!

Great for multi-generations

Sandy Dreams is a newer home with all the conveniences. Three master suites (one on the first floor) made traveling with our adult children comfortable for everyone. The house is super clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The first floor has a wonderful open floor plan which made it easy to keep an eye on our toddler grandsons. We also discovered a baby gate for the stairs in an upstairs bedroom--just before we were going to go to buy one. The location made it easy for us to walk everywhere. We rarely moved our cars the whole week, though you can park near the beach as needed if you are taking lots of equipment. The owner has thoughtfully provided beach chairs, which saves $6 per chair, per day. We enjoyed the backyard pool and the house and we all wish we had rented an additional week! The owner texts to make sure all is well and adjusted the pool temperature to our request. Everything was perfect! Thank you Eric!

Everything We Could've Asked For In A Vacation Rental

The property was "as advertised". The house had everything we could've needed and was well furnished. Eric was a perfect "host, reaching out several times before, during and after our stay. Despite there being 10 of us (and other day visitors throughout the week), we always felt there was plenty of room. The bedroom suites and kitchen were awesome. A few of the little things that made our lives easier...having the backpack beach chairs at the house was terrific, it was a relief not having to pack 10 beach chairs for the trip down. Having TVs and awesome cable options in every room was a benefit, especially for the kids. And the pool was just perfect for end of day "wind down". And finally, the neighborhood was incredible. We could not believe how quiet it was and the walk to the beach was extremely easy.
