Tahoe Thanksgiving visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location with close proximity to stores and attraction with 15-30 min drive. Kitchen was very well stocked for a party of 12. Bedroom were quite spacious with comfortable beds. Overall really enjoyed our stay and there was no issues

Great Vacation Home

We had a great week at the Tahoe vacation home. In particular, the common space (living room, dining room and kitchen) on the main floor was wonderful and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped. We liked the fenced yard that was great for my daughter's small dog. Erik was responsive and the check-in process was seamless. Thank you!

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. Even with ten of us it felt like we all had our own space and weren't on top of each other. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Woderful house, wonderful experience

We had a long overdue family reunion. with 8 adults and 3 kids, there was more than enough room for everyone. House is larger than it appears online. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful back yard and lovely neighborhood for a nice walk. Really beautiful and quiet. We were thrilled to see a bear Sunday morning, walking down the street right in front of the house! Thank you Erik for making sure everything was perfect!

Fantastic Tahoe South Shore Getaway

This home is the perfect family and pet friendly getaway. Just a short drive to casinos and Heavenly ski resort but far enough away for peace and tranquility. The home is tucked in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking. Spacious multi-level home with two master suites, radiant heat floors. Plenty of space for everyone to collect and enjoy together time but also big enough for everyone to have their own space. Easy parking for 4 cars, well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, supplies, and appliances. Erik was a great host, excellent communication. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Property has a lot of space, was incredibly comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, and a property manager that was very easy to contact. Location is super close to major ski-resorts. Will stay again!

What, no snow?

The only complaint we had about our stay was that there was hardly any snow on the ground! I'm sure that if Erik could do something about that he would. We highly recommend the home and the host.

Family Get Together

Great house for large group of 8 adults and 4 kids. Superb large kitchen as well stocked with appliances of any home we've ever stayed in. Lacking some other amenities such as napkins, dish clothes, and only minimal dish towels and paper towels. Very comfortable furniture. Sadly the upstairs master bedroom bed is well past it's replace date. Huge back yard for kids to play in and a nice large hot tub.

Very nice. A bit outdated but served us well. The bed in the upstairs master was not comfortable sagging no support. The hot tub top was super heavy needs to be replaced. The outdoor front lights were not working. Not sure if it’s bulbs or the fixture. The place had plenty of room. The kitchen area was very nice

2nd Annual Family Weekend

I love staying at this home. The rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous!! We enjoy every room in the house especially how dog friendly it is. They love the back yard and the freedom they have to roam the main floor. We will definitely make this our home of choice for our next family weekend in 2024!! Family Reunion

Our stay here was wonderful! The ease of check-in and check-out, and the detailed instructions for all house rules made everything clear and easy to understand. The house was beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, and the home was comfortable and welcoming for our family group. Erik was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions our group had. He was friendly and courteous and was always easy to contact. Our family enjoyed sharing meals prepared together in the spacious kitchen, the large kitchen table provided seating for all to enjoy meals and games together. There was a well stocked game cabinet, pool table and hot tub was loved by our 25-35 yr olds in the group. There were no bedrooms on the main level which was difficult for our Mother/Grandmother with limited mobility, but the stairs were not a problem for the rest of the group. The home has 4 levels so there was plenty of space to spread out. Our family loved this home, it was well stocked, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with our family!

After 6 years of using VRBO to rent wonderful cabins all over the Tahoe area, I have to say that this was the best cabin we've ever stayed in. It truly is incredibly spacious and luxurious, and it was a perfect place to host our week-long winter getaway for our family and friends. The property manager is also a wonderful asset for this rental, as he was on top of everything, making sure the cabin was ready to go when we arrived, and readily available via cell/text whenever we had a question or concern. I would have no reservation from renting this place again for our next Tahoe vacation.
