Featuring a large master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area, this unit accommodates 4 comfortably. You won't want to miss the incredible sunrise views every morning that you can enjoy right off your private back deck! Just steps off your back porch and you are on your way to the charming Harbor Island beach.

This unit is comfortably furnished. It features a spacious queen sized master bedroom with a full bath, as well as a half bath located by the living area. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable. The outdoor back deck is located off the living area with sliding screen doors that won't hide the beautiful views of the ocean! The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances.

Harbor Island is a beautiful area and offers many activities for guests to enjoy. There are walking and bike paths throughout the island, the community pool and hot tub, crabbing and piers, tennis courts and basketball courts! All these amenities are all available to you and your family. Harbor Island is just a short ride to downtown Beaufort, with its many shops and restaurants it’s a great opportunity to explore South Carolina’s second oldest city. Also a short drive in Saint Helena Island where there is rich in history and has many historical sites to explore, like the Penn Center, Fort Fremont and the Gullah Geechee cultural center of Frogmore.

The community was very nice; however the unit we stayed in was in desperate need of updates. The carpet was green near the walls and rest was a beige, very unclean. There were soft spots in the flooring and the electrical plugs in the bedroom and living area seems almost dangerous and a fire hazard. Would stay again at this location but not this unit.

25th Anniversary

The home was clean and tidy. It was the perfect space for just the 2 of us. The only complaint I would have would be the firmness of the mattress. It was super hard. I'm more of the princess and pea type- I prefer a softer mattress. Other than that, it was PERFECT! We will definately book again.

Loud nights.

The condo is in need of some repair. Floor has several weak spots. Someone is gonna step through. Outlets so woreout the plugs won’t stay In Them . The people above were so loud , stomping and running at night till like 3:00 am.We spoke to security guards they said there was no noise ordinances. So they couldn’t help us. Other than the little upkeep & the sleepless nights the condo location and beach were great.

Summer oasis

Perfect little condo for the 2 of us. A porch perfect for morning coffee and feeling the ocean breezes. Comfortable bed. The place was clean and neat and the ground floor unit was easy access.

Perfect location

It was the perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Somewhat outdated for example, the carpet was very faded from sea foam green to gray and gold color in places.

Easy walk to the beach

We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a decent experience. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, which was beautiful and not overcrowded. The price was reasonable for what you got, a quaint place that was nothing fancy. However, there were definitely some issues that could use some attention. The condo could use some updating, as there were parts of the floor that sunk when you stepped on them, cabinets didn’t close properly, carpet is very worn, some of the kitchen utensils were worn and peeling, and the microwave appeared either rusty or dirty. The lack of a Keurig coffee maker was surprising in this day and age. Additionally, the light above the sink was not working. On a positive note, there was a nice selection of pans for cooking and we were able to prepare some delicious meals with fresh seafood from Gay Fish Company. However, fruit flies were very prevalent in the condo, which was off-putting. Fishing was not ideal in this location, as we had to chase the tide all day. One major downside was the noise from guests staying above us. It was very loud and almost sounded like there was no insulation between the floors. It was difficult to relax with the constant noise starting as early as 7 am and past 10 pm. Overall, I would rate our stay a 6.5 out of 10. With some updates and attention to detail, this condo could be a great place to stay.

This place is amazing! Walking distance to the beach and one of the pools! Very clean condo and the pull out bed isn’t that bad either. Will be coming back when work brings me back to Beaufort!!!

Very good getaway spot

Nice property and great communication with property manager. Coffee maker requires replacing and was not used due to not being suitable to brew coffee. Nice, clean refrigerator and full size washer/dryer. Good deal that clothing detergent was provided. Overall good.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our time here! The location was a short walk to the beach and the place itself was super clean and well stocked. We created some great new memories here and hope to come back. The property manager even accommodated us with an early check in, so awesome getting that extra time! Not related to the unit but worth noting: Harbor Island is a bit of a drive from a grocery store (which adds quietness to the property and no problem) so make sure you are stocked on groceries before you come. There are a couple of small restaurants close to the property but several are closed on specific days or aren’t open past 5 so make sure you plan food out ahead of time. The location is beautiful, the property is great, and you won’t be disappointed staying here!

Very outdated. Bed was horrible. Blood stains in the bed cover for pullout couch. Told property manager, nothing was done. We left 2 days early. Would not recommend.

Very dated condo

This condo is very dated and needs a lot of work. The floors sag, the toilets and extremely low, the tub is tiny, the carpet needs replacing, the sliding door doesn’t lock etc. You can hear every sound from the condo above which kept us awake. I would advise renting a different condo.

Wonderful stay in the low country

Our condo was clean and bright, had a beach view including sunrise over the ocean and had all we needed to relax and recharge. We had local seafood from Bradley’s and Gay’s every day cooked in the well stocked kitchen. The community is friendly and the tennis courts were very fun. Hunting Island is an easy bike ride, with miles of beaches and trails.

peaceful getaway

I loved this place, accommodation offered more than we expected and could use, very clean and nicely decorated. Very short walk to the beach with abundant wildlife. We are planning to come back as soon as possible.

Perfect for the person searching for a beautiful and quiet beach getaway

I loved the location….just feet from the shoreline. The pool area was quite nice. However, the unit in which we stayed was very dated, needed many upgrades, had a very uncomfortable bed and was quite lacking in quality furnishings. The couch and chairs were all old and uncomfortable. I would go back to this location, but not this unit.

Condo review

The condo was in a great location. The refrigerator smelled like bleach and old shrimp when we arrived. Also had to kill a few roaches. The bed was very uncomfortable. An upgraded mattress would be a game changer.

Lovely Stay!

You really can’t beat the location of this rental. Steps to the beach, lots of amenities and lovely people/neighbors enjoying it all. We really loved the stay. The condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
