nice condo, great location.

Had a wonderful stay. The condo is ocean front. The beach here is very shallow. The lighthouse state park is a mile up the road and has some great beaches with a lot of nice shells.

Great place to relax

Perfect location and great amenities. Communication was excellent and all was as described. If you want something different from the crowds on Hi!ton Head, Harbor Island is a great choice and this condo provides everything you will need.

Loved the ability to set in the living room and see the beach/ocean in the early cool morning time as well as the ability to set on the back deck in the sun as the morning started warming up ! Will definitely be back !

Relaxing by the sea

We only stayed a couple of nights and unfortunately the weather was not great but the view from the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and had what we needed. Nice quiet location to relax and unwind. You MUST go to Beedos. Best pancake I've had in a while. Great coffee. Can't wait to go back and try the lunch menu.

JULY 4th WITH THE GRAND KIDS

In the heart of the condo life, Good location to the pools and beach perfect for kids. Steps are steep inside and out if you are on the 2nd floor but not that bad, we had to do "take one at a time" with the 4 YO.

Harbor Island Haven

Everything about the property was as described and pictured. Only adverse comments would be not being able to use the balcony, and no wi fi. Other than that, it was such a quiet, beautiful, week long escape for us. Would def consider going there again!

Would love to have you back! Please note that there is WiFi available from two local carriers - xFinity and ISLC (Internet Service of the Lowcountry). Both are reasonably priced, pay-as-you-go (anywhere from $6 to $8 for a day or around $20 for a week). Since this villa is shared with many for mostly short term rentals, we do the exact same thing that our guests do if they would like WiFi. We personally work from there a good bit, so we purchase it frequently. BTW, we typically prefer ISLC. Also, there is free WiFi just across the street at the Harbor Island Beach & Racquet Club. Hopefully balcony repairs will be finished soon - brand new and sturdier and safer than ever before!

Very comfortable beach front condo. Quiet area, comfortable beds, very clean fresh bed linens and towels, as well as lovely softened water. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The view from the back deck was stellar! A few minor suggestions:1. The info finding the unit needs to be more specific. 2. The door opening info was out of date for the new door locks! A neighbor had to help us. 3. Also, the instuctions could alert future renters to bring a few coffee pods for the first morning.The decor is non-fussy and beachy with the emphasis on comfort. As a clearly well-loved unit, it could use freshened paint, and some attention to the kitchen, but most of us are outside while here. There are plenty of family games for a rainy day. We were very pleased with the minimal unit closing expectations. I would stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

Nice stay

Views were awesome. Sleep well, comfortable beds. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. No TV in the master bedroom. Needs one, never stayed at a condo that didn’t have one.

Very happy with our vacation experience!!

Perfect location for a family with small children. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both pools were steps away from the condo. The beach was not was I expected. Low tide made for a very long beach. The great thing about the beach was all the sea life we found, i.e. sand dollars, starfish, large sea snails and horseshoe crabs. We really appreciated the daily food truck variety. Very family friendly, felt safe to allow kids to explore the grounds. Overall, very enjoyable vacation.

Great place to stay

We celebrated my birthday in late May at this property and it was great. The rental is perfect for two or a small family but don't try to get in the kitchen at once, its small but it is fully equipped. You do need to bring optionals like hair care and extra toilet paper, it would be nice to have the small hotel sizes of shampoo and conditioner. The view is great, you look right onto the sound. There are two great restaurants close to the condo that are exceptional and then go into town to Dockside which has great food but expect a long wait. I would definitely stay there again.
