A Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 full bath home, located in Provincetown's desirable West End. Under new ownership but using the same manager for check-ins as previous owner. The home and manager had over 60, 5 star reviews. 104 Commercial St is loved by everyone who stays here and there is such a personal touch having someone check you in and available throughout your stay for any questions that may come up. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need during your stay and has been completely refurnished with many upgrades and great attention to detail.
Just steps away from beaches, restaurants, galleries and stores. Peaceful but close enough to the hustle and bustle. Our guest's will have full use of two paddle boards to cruise around the bay or go for a dip just across the street! Flyers is a 5 min walk, you can rent a boat for the day and experience Provincetown from the water! Or take the water taxi over to Long Point for a day at the beach! Coming back home, you can enjoy the evening grilling or sipping cocktails on either of the two patios or upper deck. The front porch is always fun for people watching and taking in those beautiful Provincetown evenings and early mornings.
Ten minute walk form the center of town.
Parking on premises for one car. Boat mooring available to rent for additional cost. Please ask for information.

Fabulous stay in PTown!

Recently stayed at Steve & Jim’s place in Ptown with some family visiting from Ireland. We had an amazing time! The house is in a wonderful location & has all the nice touches to make it feel like a real classy home. Would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful House

We had a terrific time in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Communication and check-in were smooth, the house was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and the front porch provided the best people-watching in town. We hope to return next year!

Charming house in the west end

Another great stay in Provincetown!

The house is spectacular and the location is ideal , in a quieter part of town but steps away from shops and restaurants. It is also a perfect spot to sit on the porch in the morning or evening and watch the world go by. We will definitely be back!

Annual Book Club PTown trip!

Amazing stay

We’ve been coming to ptown for 15 years and this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. So convenient to everything - beach, west end , center of town . Great porch for people watching. The house itself is beautiful . Best feature is every room has a king bed !

Best spot and best hosts!

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The property was clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated and landscaped, and well-appointed. Jennifer (property manager) was exceedingly accommodating and responsive. The location is ideal - close walk to shops, restaurants, and the breakwater. Nice porch with swing for people watching.

Great location

We were in Provincetown the third week of February, just two of us. The house is clean and comfortable. The house location is very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for some simple meals that we made. We would gladly stay at this location again.

Fantastic house in ideal location in Provincetown

We have stayed in this house several times before and this year they have made some wonderful improvements to the property, including updated furniture and beautiful landscaping. The front porch (with new porch swing) is an ideal spot to sit and watch the world go by. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home for vacationing during COVID

My spouse and I joined four friends for a long weekend In P-town. Given most bars were closed, we enjoyed most evenings in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was at our fingertips to cook, make drinks, and relax. Would recommended the property very highly.

Stunning house on Commercial street.

We couldn't of asked for anything more when it came the this beautiful house. Spotless, great location to shops and restaurants. Impeccable communication with host was so nice to have. The kitchen was well appointed and comfortable beds .

Perfect location and space

This lovely house is in a great spot close to town but just past the really busy areas and across the street from the water. Beautifully decorated and immaculate, with a very well supplied kitchen and nice outdoor spaces. Thoughtful extras at check in made us feel right at home. The landscaping is beautiful and sitting on the front porch swing is a perfect way to relax.

Perfection in Provincetown

Steve's house was everything we were looking for as a group of three couples spending a week in Ptown. It is well decorated, fully stocked (from kitchenware to beach chairs and towels), and could not be better located. We loved sitting out on the porch surrounded by the beautiful garden. Our communications with the host and property manager were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Provincetown Get Away

Oh my. What a beautiful house and the location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to all the local attractions yet around the bend where it quiet in the evenings. The garden is beautiful. Sitting on the front porch is sublime. The fully stocked kitchen, beautiful and comfortable living and bedrooms were just ideal. I definitely recommend. In fact, just rebooked for next year. Simply beautiful.

Best People Watching View In Town

We had the best time in this house. It is so clean and beautifully decorated, fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Details like providing high-end beach chairs and beach towels for our days spent at Herring Cove and Race Point are just a few of the thoughtful touches that our hosts provided. Beds and linens are top notch and comfortable. House manager Jennifer was quick to respond and always helpful. But our favorite feature of this house is the front porch and swing, where we sat each evening sipping wine and chatting with the friendly passersby. Location was great - close to everything but far enough in the West End so it wasn't loud at night. Thank you for a great vacation spot.
