We walked into the house with warm welcoming music playing on the sound system. The deck was expansive with nice views. We were running so much we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hottub but John let us know it was nice n hot at 104 degrees. All the ammenities you need plus seasoning & spices already there. The upstairs bedroom with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, separate sitting room and fantastic view was the cherry on top. John was super responsive, friendly and nice. If I ever need to a place in the area for a group to stay, I'll be calling John up again for sure!

We had a good experience with the house and the owner. Clean, comfortable spacious home. The deck is huge and the hot tub was very nice. Upstairs suite was so nice and very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, and felt safe, but outside of the neighborhood Vallejo itself seemed like a run down area.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our time in Vallejo. Conveniently located only minutes from the San Francisco Bay Ferry or an easy drive to Napa, this location is perfectly situated to enjoy everything the Bay Area has to offer. The large deck and hot tub are perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather and sites.

Excellent home; excellent stay

Overall, this is a fantastic house. Although it’s definitely a drive from some of the Napa attractions, it’s easy enough to get around. The owner is fantastic and really worked with us to get in and even replaced the whole kitchen faucet within a few hours of it breaking. This home and neighborhood is quite peaceful and truly is good to just kick back, relax, and spend time with friends.

The location was a bit sketchy getting to the house, but once there it was a quiet area with great views! John the host was great, and made sure if we needed anything to let him know. Overall it was a great property with a great host!

Great house in good location.

Clean and well provisioned home with very good communication with owner/manager. On one of the highest hills it had views all around if the bay and hills. It is also close to Six Flags and to Napa and the wineries. It is an easy drive around the north side of the bay to Muir Woods and the Golden Gate.

We had. Very nice stay . This was good location and cost for us to travel to Napa and Sonoma valley . The house was good, Evolve gave the wrong code to give in the front door lock. Had to call owner. A few things didn’t work in the house ( iron, hairdryer , one tv , all in all great time, I would go to his property again.

Florida Love!

We traveled from Florida and we absolutely enjoyed the house. Anytime we called the property manager, he answered. The house had everything that we needed in a home. They even provided laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, and garbage bags. I have rented many houses that MAY include a starter kit, and that is it. Of course I made it a point to provide a replacement for everything that we used! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! The only negative thing I would say, is that the flooring in the house and on the stairs, are very squeaky and should be fixed or replaced!

Be still my heart (I'll be back)

I did know what I expected and because I've had issues in the past with my birthday and certain things not coming together and locations not being what they purported to be ----- I was blown away at the start of my managing the reservation.. First off Mr John Harris. He is warm, kind, very accommodating and extremely attentive to whatever you may need in the house. Secondly the house is flipping beautiful!!!! okay?! The deck amazing,the hot tub outstanding, the rooms are perfect, the living room setup is perfect The kitchen was everything that I needed it to be because I love to cook and so do my best friends. My room upstairs (the master)oh my God,! the ensuite that's attached to the master suite....just the way the master set up the loft style was so brilliant and so sexy. The bathtub was amazing --- i just I can't say enough good things about this house! if you have the opportunity to rent this house please please please do so You will not be disappointed I promise.
