Situado en un viñedo en el lado este deseable de Sonoma, disfrute de las vistas y la privacidad de nuestra casa Vineyard de 2 dormitorios. La cocina gourmet totalmente equipada incluye una gama Viking, lavaplatos doble, fregadero de granja y gabinetes hechos a medida, y se abre al patio trasero que está rodeado por 2 lados por acres de viñedos. ¡Un juego de Bochas siempre es divertido en la cancha del patio trasero!

If you are wanting a fantastic experience in the heart of wine country, you can’t go wrong with this property. It is in a great location just off a beautiful vineyard. Access to both Napa and Sonoma, as well as all the other prime winery locations, are easily within a 30 min or so drive. The home is well suited to two couples as the casita is a great way to create a bit of space for each. The home is well-equipped and the owners were fantastic and helpful. Just a couple minor notes that don’t effect our appreciation of the property:The floor squeaks which is to be expected of a 100 year old property. But if you are a light sleeper, and your partner isn’t, you’ll definitely hear them walking around. The road out front is generally quiet but we did notice a bit of commercial traffic in the mornings—nothing that would dissuade us from staying again.

We had such a fantastic stay at this Sonoma home! The house was spotless when we arrived and stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to little thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The backyard was absolutely wonderful: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and so welcoming that we spent much of our time relaxing out there.The location couldn’t have been better — tucked in a quiet spot but just a few miles from downtown Sonoma, making it easy to explore wineries, restaurants, and shops. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer questions and ensure we had the best experience.This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to book again on our next trip to Sonoma!

From the moment you drive up, the beautiful farm house nested in vineyards greets you with a warm welcome. Inviting, homey, with all of the modern needs exceeded. The yard was incredibly beautiful, the casita exceptional, the kitchen and farmhouse patio dining made our trip.

Beautiful East Sonoma Property

This is our second time staying at this property, and it was as great as our first. There is a house in the front, and a separate cottage in back, which is a perfect set up for enjoying some privacy when traveling with friends/family. It's also ideal if you are traveling with a dog because it offers a fenced yard, which offers outdoor dining and views of the neighboring vineyard.

Relaxing amongst the vines

Wonderful restored farmhouse, along with charming casita. 180 degree views of a beautiful vineyard abutting the property. Delightful outdoor area with plenty of seating, a grill, and bocci court. Serene neighborhood; very walkable; the best of both worlds: rural, quiet feel, with easy access to downtown Sonoma. The owner has not forgotten a thing in equipping the kitchen, etc.

Rustic Sonoma Cottage

We traveled as a family to Sonoma for a family wedding and we loved staying at this property. It was so charming, clean and centrally located. The absolute highlight was the backyard - we grilled steaks and ate on the patio one night and it was our favorite night of the trip! We also were so impressed that the house was fully equipped for kids. We know Sonoma isn’t a common place to vacation with kids, but we had our 3 month old daughter and the house had everything and more that we needed for her! The casita is amazing as well! We would recommend anyone stay here.

Beautiful, peaceful, and tranquil

The property was just what we needed, it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located and had beautiful views outside. Inside was very clean, and they had thought of every little thing such as chargers throughout the house, plenty of things in the kitchen, etc.. we look forward to staying here when we come back next time.

Great Weekend Stay

we had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for our group who were all attending a family wedding together. Watching the hot air balloons rise in the morning from the kitchen window while I make Coffee was absolutely wonderful. this house has absolutely everything that you could possibly need. It would be great for a family Thanksgiving. we are planning a return trip, hopefully very soon.

Clean, good location & stunning backyard!

We went for a girls trip and loved the cottage, casita and stunning backyard! The house is in a great location. We rented bikes and were easily able to ride to town and some vineyards. The house is clean and well stocked with supplies. Julie was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

FANTASTIC!! BOOK HERE....

Wow. This place is gorgeous. The backyard is heaven. Only 2 miles from downtown Sonoma with lots of shops and restaurants. The beds here are wonderful. We have stayed in lots rentals all over the world and this one certainly is at the top of our list. Beautiful.

Wonderful home & host

We had the best time at the cottage and cannot wait to go back! The house is in a great location; close to town and some vineyards. The house is clean and well stocked with supplies. We spent most of our time in the backyard which is STUNNING! It is beautiful and very peaceful. Having the casita was perfect for our group. Julie is exceptional! She was very responsive, helpful and super kind.

Awesome home in Sonoma Wine Country

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in this very awesome home in the heart of Wine Country. Easy access into the Southern Napa Wineries as well as many of the Southern Sonoma Wineries as well. House was well appointed and made a great place for a leadership retreat. My leadership team and I enjoyed time spent in and around this great home. A short drive to the town of Sonoma and great access point for the area. The outdoor living area's are a great addition to the inside spaces. Kitchen was well appointed with anything we could could need for our stay. Smart TV in the bedroom and living allowed for a nice evening screening of A Good Year and Bottle Shock. You will love your stay. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This beautiful, well-kept house with separate casita is perfect for families or couples.
