Regardless of the number of bedrooms selected, the villa remains completely private and exclusive to your group and is never shared with other guests. Unused bedrooms remain closed.

This flexibility allows smaller groups to enjoy the same extraordinary property without needing to reserve all 10 bedrooms.

• Discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival do not include private chef service. Chef service can be added separately through our guest services team.

• Private chef service for two meals per day is included with standard-rate reservations. Food and beverages are additional.

• For discounted last-minute reservations made within 60 days of arrival, housekeeping is provided every other day. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for an additional fee through your host.

• Personal laundry service is provided by our housekeeping team during your stay. Laundry facilities are reserved for staff use.

• A refundable cash security deposit of $500–$1,000 USD, depending on group size, may be required at check-in to cover potential damage or missing items.

• The villa accommodates up to 26 guests. Additional occupancy charges may apply above 20 guests depending on season and reservation terms.
