The property was exactly as advertised. It is so convenient to the slopes and has everything you need. We were a family of 3 and enjoyed having the 2 full baths and bedrooms. Also, we made our breakfasts and lunches in the kitchen which was well stocked for a rental property.
Everything was fantastic. The view, the lockers, the convenience, and everything else one would expect for a family vacation rental in Breck.

Property very nice, comfortable and clean. A little dated, but you cannot beat this location. The view from unit is stunning! Would definitely book in future.

Thank you for the review, Alice! We love hearing valuable feedback from our guests!
We loved our stay, everything about the condo.
I was not too crazy to find out that I had to pay $38.00 per day per parking.. I think it should be included in the price or to specify in the listing.
The way the listing mentions parking is vague.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property we really enjoyed it.

Thank you for your feedback, Richard. We will look into the windows as well as the rest of the condo.
True ski in ski out location. Clean, comfortable! Easily sleeps 4 adults. Small Sofa bed mattress needs padding or replacement. Kitchen is well supplied but needs additional glassware!!
Important to know this condo is not managed by the Beaver Run Resort. There is no cleaning or towel service. There is a laundry room but we lost monies trying to find a washer that worked.
This condo does look exactly like it is represented in photos. Was clean and immaculate and well stocked. Wish it would have a balcony and better views of the mountains. Being a part of Beaver Run resort made it ideal for adding amenities to our stay. Parking is tough so you are best to use the shuttle service which was amazing. This condo is not air conditioned and it was very hot inside. There was only one fan provided which was not enough. It either needed more fans or have air conditioning. We love Breckinridge.

Nice property, but needs lots of maintenance/updates
The location of this property was great. Accompanying resort amenities were nice (although a bit dated).
We notified the property manager of several issues upon arrival related to the cleanliness of the property, and non-working amenities in the condo.
Although the property management *did* try to rectify the cleanliness of the condo, no other issues were addressed.
The primary issues were that the mattresses were **very** lumpy (worst I've ever experienced), and that you could not open the only window in the 2nd bedroom. Since this is the only way to cool this room, this was a significant issue. The flooring was coming up in several areas as well. It just appears that the condo needs some fixes to make it a more enjoyable stay. We never heard any updates to these issues from the property manager.
Finally, know that if you bring a car, you will need to pay for parking. But due to massive (sometimes noisy) construction in the parking lot, you will have quite an uphill walk to get back to the condo.

Hot and loud
The property is decent. It is comfortable, it was relatively clean but not as clean as I would have expected. There was no hot water for the first day of our trip, so we ended up taking a frigid shower. The windows of the property face east, so when the sun comes up in the morning it immediately heats up the room to the point that it feels like a sauna. This is probably great for the winter months, but terrible if you go up for a summer trip. To keep the place cool you’ll have to leave the windows open at night. But then you’ll have to listen to drunk Becky and Chad talk about the way that she likes to have sex and how the way that he’s going to have sex with her at 2 o’clock in the morning. I’m not joking, every night we had to listen to some dumb people talk about sexual exploits in the annoying Becky up-speak (where every single sentence sounds like it ends in a question mark).
Breckenridge used to be a wonderful town, but if you are a Colorado native that remembers the old days, it will make you sad to go here. Breckenridge now reminds me of how Californians have ruined the state of Colorado. The town has The feel of snobby Californians, and none of the charm that it used to have.

Hi James, thank you for taking the time to review your experience.
We apologize for any issues you encountered with your unit during your stay.
We hope that your next stay is a calm, quiet, and enjoyable experience.
The place was nice and remodeled but there were a lot of other issues you need to considers. Lots of comestic problems: The floor in the master bedroom has water damage and the wood was splintering. This could cause a safety issue if someone is barefoot. The sink in the materbedroom did not drain well and it looked as if someone was trying to fix it as the sink stopper was not replaced. The light switch in the master bathroom did not work so there was no light to shower. The 2nd bedroom, the toilet paper holder was broken. There was also water damage on the 2nd bedroom floors and the floor buckled. They need to fix a lot of cosmetic things in this condo. There was no baking sheet so we donated 2 pizza baking sheets, the knives were dull etc. This place needs an overhaul of the kitchen utensils. One of the humidifiers did not work. Overall, the best part was the location of this unit as it was in Building 4 and had a great location. We did rent for a lower rate due to the current situation but if we would have been more this would not suffice.
A very nice place to stay in a great location. The view was great, the rooms were nice, there's lots of space, the pools were fantastic, and it was very quiet.
Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Pools and hot tubs on property were amazing! Walkable to downtown and hiking trails.
Excellent ski in and ski out property. Short walk from the room to the beaver run chair lift which takes you to the top of peak 9. Ski locker to leave items in for the next day. 10 minute walk to the top of mainstreet. Condo was spacious, clean, and in excellent conditions. Tons of room for a family of 5. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a true ski in/ski out condo in breck. Would absolutely rent again.
Although the balcony was quite narrow and small the view of the mountains was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen for meals. Easy walk to Main Street. Two pools and 7 hot tubs was a bonus. We would return anytime.
The property was more spacious than we were expecting and that’s hard to find in a ski in/ski out location. Right on Peak 9. A true ski in and out condo.
