Very good

I am reluctant to give too high a rating because it might cause the price to increase when I rent it next year. Also, the management company is very good.
Had a great stay. The location is great for getting to the mountain. Close to ski-in, ski-out without the price. The hot tub and amenities were good. Parking was decent. There was tons of room for the amount of people we had. Only complaint was having to pick up keys at the other side of Breckenridge during peak traffic hours. Overall would definitely stay here again.
Unit is in an excellent location. Multiple Cars was keyed in parking garage and no cameras. Unit needs a bit of maintenance. Kitchen light flickered entire stay and a few other items. Water bed in primary bedroom should be noted in description
Our family stayed here and the location is as advertised - it is an excellent location. You can easily walk to downtown Breck or strap on your ski boots and walk to the Quicksilver Superchair. My son also attended snowboard lessons from the village location and that was also easy drop off/pick-up. Likewise its an easy walk to the the Gondola if you want to make the trip up to peak 7 or 8 (walking in ski boots to this Gondola would be too much so you'd need to take the shuttle). However, the beds were just awful. The bed in the master bedroom is so soft I had to sleep on the couch. The two twin beds in the kids room were so rickety that one of them fell apart during the middle of our 3rd night. If you don't mind soft/clanky beds AND you want to be within walking distance of some of the main ski/downtown attractions then this place is a great option. If the owners upgraded the beds this place would be hard to beat for the price and location.
This unit was in a great location. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE. It was in need of that annual cleaning of the things most people don’t clean regularly, but was otherwise very well kept. The master mattress is ‘different’. We slept well and did not wake up sore, but it was just ‘different’. Check in and check out were very easy.

Needs updating.
The beds need to be updated as well as the stove. The beds were uncomfortable and the secondary bedroom’s beds were very creaky. We tried to make breakfast one morning and the stove would barely get hot enough to cook the food even when it was set to high. It is in a great location.
The condo was very nice and we would definitely stay here again. Only 2 things weren’t great.
Th mattress in the master bedroom is terrible, and our bikes got locked in a community storage room and the combination was not provided.
All and all, this was a very nice condo and located 1 block from Main St.
Two thumbs up.
Overall good but I would recommend new mattress. The king mattress sinked in.
The property was good. Great location and very close to Main Street.

Good spot, need better communication
The check-in instructions were not clear, and there were two locations listed, (near town and peak 8) and we weren't sure where to go. Once we figured out what office to go to, it was fine. The employee was very friendly and helpful.
