Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, 2- bath property features a remodeled mountain modern design, views of the Gondola and forest, tile in-floor heating, and granite counters. This unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Summer Vacation

The location was excellent! Walking distance to the village and trolley stop. The kitchen was well-equipped. Would definitely stay there again. (The only issue- didn't know how to operate ceiling fan in the living room.)

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is located within a stones throw to the village. Very convenient. The space worked well for our family of 4. The only thing was that the floors were quite dirty and the there was trash behind the kids bed and toilets.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hot tub was disgustingly dirty. The double beds have a 175 lb weight limit making it inappropriate for adults. Condo really only sleeps 5.

Pictures are a bit deceiving. Main room isn’t as long as picture shows. Master room, king bed has a huge dip in the middle. Uncomfortable. Wi-Fi went out for hours at a time. Hard to watch movies with family. Fridge did not get cold enough. Beverages were not cold and food spoiled. Great location and overall three stars.

Mammoth Estates Unit #141

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice in appearance no issue. The WFI was not operating upon arrive, refrigerator was only reaching 62F not cold enough to keep food. Black ants on the kitchen counters and floors in the unit were dirty. The agent told me repairman cleaned the coils and the temp should drop by the morning, that never happened. I requested to be given another unit that never happened. I would expect that a management company would inspect their units on a regular basis to be sure all appliances are in working order and the unit is clear of any insects and is clean. For 3 nights at +/- $300 I was disappointed to say the least. Likely not a repeat customer with MRI.

Overall, the stay was fine. Had everything we needed in a great location. 1 issue we had was with the heating. It was such a short stay, so we didn't make a report, but the heating wouldn't turn on in the bedrooms. Probably an easy fix. And the second issue wasn't the fault of the property, but the fact that there was an adjacent unit that was

Great Condo, Great Location

Reviewer Comments: The property has many great upgrades and the location to the village and other Mammoth highlights is super convenient.The only complaints I had are with the floor cleaning. I believe the floors are vacuumed (no large dirt pieces) before we came, but not mopped. Our bare feet were completely black the first night, and we wiped all the main floors with wet towels, which helped a lot for the rest of our stay. Also, there are some wear and tear items that could use fixing (e.g., screen door rollers, kitchen faucet handle, bathroom sink drain plug, toilet tank loose, shower curtain staining).Overall the property was nicer than many I have stayed at in Mammoth before.

Place gets the job done. Clean with easy access to the village. Tv’s were messed up all weekend but for the most part, a good spot.

Wonderful location but terrible stay

Fireplace was broken, called numerous times to get them to come fix it. First they said it was the pilot light then the thermostat. They never fixed it. During COVID everything inside was closed up so that was something we were really looking forward to and it never happened. Had to beg for space heaters and ended up get a nose bleed from how dry and uncomfortable it was with that heater. It was freezing in the bedrooms. All night long. There was a wall heater but they removed the knob to it was hard to turn on. Left numerous messages in the after hours emergency line and got no call backs. Maintenance guy said he would come fix it and never showed up. The laundry they claim to have- good luck finding it because it doesn’t exist. Loved having to wake up several times that night to find and reset the power breaker because the space heaters would overload the circuit. It was miserable. Still no calls from management. They’re HOA office has a very disgruntled employee working there that has probably been fielding complaints from renters because she was an absolute delight when we went to her for some help. Oh and good luck with parking. They apparently don’t feel the need to enforce the parking permits because people just dropped off their cars there on the way to the village and no one did anything about it.

Bathrooms are clean. The only recommendation would be to have a smart tv. Otherwise I highly recommend this unit!

Great location

Great condo for a family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped and that was huge plus since we love to cook. Overall a great place. We had another family staying 2 doors away on the same condo and that was awesome. We would definitely come back.
