Great Location and Stay

We were down for a wedding weekend, and this was a lovely house located close to Virgil. Spotless with a good working kitchen and a lovely patio to sit out on. Communication with host was excellent.I recommend getting pastries from The Pie Plate, located in Virgil, just a quick drive from the house.

Grandma’s birthday weekend

Had a wonderful stay with my husband, kids and mother in law to celebrate her birthday. The setting of this home on the vineyard was incredible. The house is clean and has a cool vibe. It had everything we needed. It was conveniently located between the wineries, spa and old town.

Perfect For Everyone!

We had such a great time staying at this house! It was close to so many different places that accommodated everyone in our family (wineries for the adults, Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls for the kids, downtown Niagara On The Lake for all of us, etc.). The location was excellent. Quiet, relaxing, beautiful views - just a really enjoyable place to be. Fantastic experience for all of us!!!

Roomy House in a harming Setting

The house is nestled in a vineyard a short drive from Niagara on the Lake. It has every modern convenience and lots of room. The outside patio are has a large arbor with a table and chairs. The gardens are incredible. Nothing bad to say about it. We will stay again for sure.

Ladies Trip

Our group of 5 ladies had a wonderful stay! This house is large and there is lots of space to spread out. Everything was extremely clean (probably the cleanest I’ve ever rented!) and we were all impressed. Great location in NOTL, a quick out to Niagara Parkway to head to the Falls as well. The property is expansive, lovely grapevine pergola outside where we enjoyed some laughs before the mosquitos took over. Highly recommend!

Quiet Location with Beautiful Gardens, Vineyards, and surroundings

This the second time we have enjoyed a stay at the property. We travel in a vintage sports car and the location is perfect with off-road parking and privacy. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the dinning room is spacious with a view of the vineyards. The kitchen is large with room for more than one cook. The house is 5 minutes from downtown historic Niagara on the Lake. The host was very helpful and his agent met us at the house for a tour and to answer any questions we had. I recommend it for your next group trip to NOL.

Wedding in Wine Country

The Residence On Seven was a fantastic place to stay before and after our Daughter's Wedding at Kurtz. As this was a destination wedding this became our home for all the wedding preparation. Spacious and clean and all the amenities but the pictures don't do justice to the spectacular view. On the morning of the wedding we had the bride, the bridesmaids, the moms, the makeup and hair people and a couple of others milling inside. Relaxed, uncrowded, wonderful natural light, and still those views. A long-winded way to say that it was a great place to stay for a wedding. Many thumbs up! Thanks Vittorio

My wife and I visited the Residence on Seven with another couple to celebrate my wife's birthday. Communication with Vittorio was great and the property manager did a nice job checking us in and introducing us to the property. The location is perfect, a short drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls, as well as St. Catherines. A short 2 hour drive to Toronto. Our favorite was visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and enjoying the shops & restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed; the view off the back deck & garden is just beautiful. We had high expectations based on the listing and reviews, and The Residence on Seven was everyone, and more, than we'd hoped. I can't give a higher recommendation.

Great location. If you are looking for a hotel type stay this is your place. But if you want a home away from ho.e this us not for you. The beds are full not true queens. It is a 2 bathroom home with an extra toilet. They did supply salt and pepper. The livingroom Has 4 uncomfortable leather chairs. The TV set is so high up you hurt your neck. The basement is just a wreckroom with a TV. It is set up .ore for business not for a family gathering or any gathering.

This location was perfect. It was so close to everything but still private. The house was clean and had huge table for everyone to sit and relax. The beds were very comfortable. I only wish we had warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful pergola outside. It was a great stay!

Amazing home on a beautiful vineyard. Close to everything! The host were very accommodating when my flight was unexpectedly canceled and rebooked. You will absolutely love this home! There is absolutely nothing I could say negation. We would stay here again in a heart beat! A recommendation (not criticism) I have is that I wish basement had more entertainment (like social games, cards, pool table- darts- kareoke etc) since the quiet hours for outdoors begins at 11pm would have been a great bonus. But like I said it’s a recommendation but easily remedied by bringing some games along with you:) Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful home on a winery

This is a beautiful home, well located near all the wineries and close to Niagara on the lake. The home is well decorated, kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The owner was there to greet us upon arrival , shows us around the house and make some recommendations regarding restaurants and wineries. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the garden and the surroundings. Will come back again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
