​Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

Surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico to the west, the Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east, Tampa Bay to the north and Sarasota Bay to the south. We have the best location on Anna Maria Island where the island is only 150 yards wide. Our complex stretches from the Gulf to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. We have private beach access and there are more than twelve restaurants you can walk to in just a few minutes.

The Anna Maria Island Beach Waves is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo that sleeps 6, directly overlooking the pool with two balconies west & east. The east balcony is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom. The primary bedroom with King sized bed offers beautiful views of the pool, Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway and the world famous Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay and is the perfect place to relax and watch the para-sailor's pass by. The west balcony and second bedroom offer partial views of the Gulf of Mexico.  

The Anna Maria Island Beach Waves provides you with private beach access to the islands refurbished beaches, two private sheltered parking, plus tropical landscaped gardens.

The primary bedroom has an en-suite washroom and walk-in closets. The unit is totally air conditioned with phone, free international and domestic long distance calling, WIRELESS HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, cable TV, a 60” television in the living room, a 50” television in the primary bedroom plus, HI DEFINITION television with over 170 channels.

The kitchen is of contemporary design with white cabinets, granite countertops and European lighting and offers all amenities including refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee cups, glasses, blender, coffee maker and toaster, washer/dryer and much more.

Our complex stretches from Florida's Intra-Coastal Waterway to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. We are literally surrounded by water with the pool located in the middle of the complex.

Additionally the free trolley stops right in front of the condo and will take you anywhere on the island you desire.
