Large, sun drenched corner unit featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This top floor unit is ideally located, steps from the Gulf/beach AND the Intercoastal waterway. We are located on the narrowest part of the Island so you are surrounded by water - absolutely beautiful! This corner unit provides views from most rooms, even the Sunshine Skyway bridge and the bay.

We are just a few minutes walk from Bridge Street, which is the heart and soul of AMI! You can walk everywhere, 1 minute to Bradenton Beach and backs onto the bay. Walk to dozens of shops, restaurants and bars.

The unit features 2 large bedrooms, and both have ensuite bathrooms. Plenty of closet space. The master has a new queen bed and a large balcony. The second bedroom has a single and a double bed which accommodates 3 guests. In the living room, there is also a pull out sofa that sleeps an additional 2 guests.

The living room is bright and sunny since you will be on the top floor and its a corner unit. The open floor plan is perfect for socializing. The living room features 2 comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and there is a large dining room that accommodates 6.

The kitchen features another dining area for four people and has great views of the Gulf and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. The spacious balcony is screened in and a great place to relax after a busy day at the sandy beaches and heated pool.

All your favorite restaurants and shops are minutes away, including Bradenton yachting marina. The Bridge Street pier is a few minutes away and one of the best fishing spots on the Island. Also, if you want to venture out and see more of AMI, there is a free trolly that goes around the entire island and it stops right in front of the building.

Excellent Vacation!

Nine nights in paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Anna Maria Island. Excellent location, walking distance to everything we wanted, parking spot was helpful for the vehicle. We are familiar with the island as we have vacationed here for many years. The property had everything we wanted for a great nine days. Linda was very communicative and made the whole process very easy. Thank you!

No Frills Gem

My husband and I visited the island with our three children (ages 3, 9 and 11). The location is perfect, everything is clean but dated. Beds weren’t super comfortable but for the price it was definitely worth it. Just across the street from the beach and up a minute or two to both Gulf Drive Cafe and Wicked Cantina we enjoyed the convenience. It was also VERY helpful to have the hose spigot at the parking spot to rinse all of our beach gear (and the kids) off before heading upstairs.

Too many stairs and uncomfortable beds

We climbed the 4 flights of stairs to the second floor unit to find it was not cleaned before we arrived. We messaged the owner who said she would contact property manager. I spent the afternoon RE-washing the sheets and towels that were left in the washer and dryer for likely days/weeks (very musty), wiping food debris off counters, tables, refrigerator. On 3rd day cleaner rep arrived and offered to clean (but I already did). The unit is 2nd floor over a parking garage so there are lots of stairs so keep in mind hauling anything heavy or if you have bad knees. The trolley does not stop in front of the unit. It’s across the main street from Building A. This is building D, close to the bay side not ocean. Just be prepared to walk. The unit needs updating, beds are not comfortable, ceiling fan in Primary Bedroom is stuck on very low setting. Carpets not vacuumed and outdoor furniture dirty with black dust (that I cleaned off). Best thing going for it is the size and short distance to bridge street but not having a true property manager close by, only a long distance owner made the experience disappointing especially for the price paid. I wouldn’t rent this one again.

Not what we would have expected.

First location was great. However, several items were disappointing. The closet light in the frt bedroom didn’t work, there were only two half rolls of toilet paper, no dish towels or soap, two wash clothes for six guest, the sheets for the pullout bed did not fit and had sand in them. Finally the furniture was old, dirty and stained.

Perfect location- no car needed!

We loved our week stay in AMI. There were two of us so we had plenty of room. You could easily fit more people. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony. We did not rent a car and did not need one! The condo is a short walk to both the beach and the restaurants and shops on Bridge St. The beach was never crowded and it was great to have the Kokonut Hut there for an afternoon drink or sunset watching. We also walked over the bridge to Cortez for lunch one day which was not too far. The free trolley made it easy to get around. The condo was clean and Glen was very easy to work with. We did not use the pool as the Gulf was beautiful all week. We even saw manatees and dolphins! One small note is the beach chairs are in need of replacing so you may wish to bring your own. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We recommend this property for anyone visiting Anna Maria and Bradenton area. The apartment is clean, well equipped and maintained. The location is across from Bradenton beach and close to restaurants and bike trails.
