Southwinds can comfortably accommodate 6 guest's for an amazing holiday experience. There is plenty of space over multiple split levels in the house.

For year-round comfort there is central reverse cycle air conditioning – cool in summer and warm in winter. If you prefer to dine in rather than eat out in one of the fabulous eateries nearby, you have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal with everything you need to cook up a storm, and yes spoil yourself with those beautiful views.

The property is located just a few minute's drive from Gerringong's charming cafes and shops, beautiful Werri Beach and coastal walks. Berry and Kiama are a picturesque 10-minute drive away. Local activities include coastal walks, Seven Mile Beach National Park, kayak hire nearby, wineries, surfing and snorkeling, Gerringong Golf course 5 minutes away, Local surf lessons at Seven Mile Beach.

Lovely View but

Arrived to find that there was no pool as listed in amenities and no hot tub. Contacted owner and she deleted these off listing and offered a refund if we left (at 4pm in school holidays not possible to find other accommodation). Besides that the apartment view and location is great and lounges and beds very comfortable.

Firstly there were things on the website that were not there as per the hot tub was one. And it need a big of cleaning and things were broken. But most disappointing thing was that i had come down with covid and she would not change the date. We did NOT want money back just change of dates as it wasn't book out for the dates we wanted which would of been a week later. My friends went without me as it was suppose to be a get away for my birthday. Not happy Her response was that she need that income but like i had mentioned we did NOT ask for many back just change of dates. So i have warned a friends about our experience.

The perfect getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier with the property and experience. The house has everything you would ever need and the view is simply breath taking. Lots of room and walking distance to all that Geroa has to offer! 10/10

Wow what a view

We spent 2 nights in this spectacular accommodation as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Although the weather could have been kinder, the accommodation and location did not disappointment at all. All amenities are very close by including the shops at Gerringong or Berry in the other direction. The Fisherman's Club is literally a 2 minute walk up a pathway next to the property so this was great, it enabled us to have a great meal and walk back. The view from the top floor of the villa is amazing and well worth the stay. Once again Mirna, thank you, your accommodation is beautiful. Thank you Brendon and Jeneen
