Beautiful coastal decor 3 bed, 2 bath gulf front condo with magical sunsets!

Sea Gate Condominiums are located in the quaint town of Indian Shores. Our beachfront condo has an extra LARGE balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean. We make the extra effort to keep our vacation property fresh and very clean for each guest. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and gorgeous quartz countertops. We have all the dishes you need to make meals for your family from serving wear to specialty items. We have beautiful porcelain tile flooring throughout. It has large sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom, to access the beach front extra large balcony!

The family room has a stunning beach view and features a Samsung 55" 4K HD Smart TV with super fast upgraded WiFi. We have brand new, super comfy, furniture in the family room, and a brand new dining table and chairs. We have two Sonos bluetooth wireless speakers for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a new, very comfortable king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and double sink vanities. It has beautiful new blackout window treatments. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, walk-in closet, and access to 2nd bathroom with double sink vanities and shower/tub combo. This bedroom also has blackout curtains. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk bed over a full size mattress, and a twin trundle, with nice closet space. All have Samsung Smart TV's. The dining area has a table for six, and four bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, mixer, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker and a blender to make some frozen beverages. We have a full laundry room, and iron/ironing board for your convenience.

Sunsets from the balcony simply can't get any better! The high-end polywood furniture on the balcony is very comfortable and bar height - maximizing your view. The condo is well equipped with 6 beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. The property has a heated pool overlooking the beach, and two private pool baths for our guests.

Beachside are tiki hut picnic tables, two charcoal grills, and two gas grills for guests to use for an outdoor dinner. There is also a beautiful bike path that runs directly in front of the condo building and plenty of bike rentals nearby.

Mini golf is located across the street - it's a fun and well maintained course. Within a short walk are coffee shops, restaurants, and live music. The Salt Rock Grill, one of the top restaurants in Tampa Bay, is just across the street. Grocery stores are a 5-minute drive. You are only six miles north of John's Pass Boardwalk, where you can go shopping, rent wave runners, enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, or hop aboard a dolphin watching or fishing cruise. There are several restaurants and ice cream shops along the boardwalk too. The condo is 11 miles south of the Clearwater Aquarium.

Sports fans will enjoy many MLB spring training teams nearby as well as MLB's Tampa Bay Rays, and the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Also within 50-minute drive is 2020/2021 Stanley Cup winner NHL Tampa Bay Lightning! Downtown St. Pete is a 20 minute drive and is home to several world-class art museums, including the Salvador Dali Museum. Other popular attractions less than an hour's drive include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. Orlando Theme Parks (Disney Word, Sea World, Universal Studios, MGM, Epcot Center) are about a 90 minute drive.

This condo is fantastic and its more than just the views of the Gulf and wave sounds. Very nice and very, very clean. Decor was updated and fresh with new furniture, great appliances, cookware, lanai chairs and dining area. This was a perfect set up for our multigenerational family. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beach from the lanai where we could keep track of the family easily. The powdered sugar sand beach is super walkable with gentle waves. The pool had easy access with lots of loungers available. Everyone had their own bed with large walk-in closets with hangers! The linens were all very high quality. No threadbare towels like some places and great sheets! Plenty of high-quality beach towels and several beach chairs and beach toys. Host stocked condo with shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, shower soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of trash bags and cleaning products in the condo. Those items you hate to pack on a flight but always need right away. Hostess was extremely responsive to my inquiries and really wanted us to have a fantastic stay it felt like. This was the nicest unit I've stayed in the last couple years and we stay in several every year. Definitely worthy of a return visit when in that area. Thanks to Janet for putting in the extra effort to make this condo wonderful and our stay so great!

We loved this unit! We had 3 adults and 3 kids (12, 14, and 16) and everyone had enough space and bed to sleep in. The beds were so comfortable and the towels were great. There were a few beach chairs and games too. We would absolutely stay here again. The beach wasn't crowded and the sunsets were breathtaking. The host was also very considerate and even checked on us via text during a bad storm.

Why they chose this property

We chose Sea Gate condos because the beach is absolutely gorgeous. We love being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and enjoy riding our bikes on the beach in this quaint town. Our kids love it because the sand is so soft and they really enjoy playing volleyball right behind the condo on the beach. The heated pool is awesome on chillier days. We enjoy grilling out on the gas and charcoal grills and eating dinner outside at the tiki covered picnic tables.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with Sea Gate condos when we went to visit friends over a July 4th holiday. The sunsets are amazing. We love walking down the beach throwing a football along the way. It's also a huge bonus to have the Salt Rock Grill across the street, and walking distance to a cute coffee shop and casual restaurants. Our condo has been completely renovated in relaxing, coastal colors. It's so clean and fresh!
