Relaxing Coastal Escape

Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 10th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! This 2 bedroom suite on the 10th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The amenities were great. Everything you could want. The view was amazing! The unit was clean. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Great view of the beach with a large balcony. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 small children. Starbucks and Ben and Jerrys was across the street. Restaurant right next door. Everything else was within driving distance. Lots of pools but the water was a bit gross. Staff constantly cleaning the floors in the hallways and friendly. Beaches were nice and clean. Negatives (not many and to be expected) the beds werent comfortable, room had a strange smell, master bedroom blacony door was very had to slide open. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and our friends loved the location of the property. Everything we experienced during our stay was just minutes down the road, so it was very convenient. The view of the beach was great! When we arrived to our room we were a little disappointed that neither bedrooms had ceiling lights or fans. Just bedside lamps. The master bedroom had some,what appeared to be drywall debris, on the floor and the second bedroom didn’t have a remote for the television. Overall it was a decent experience but next time we will probably be choosing to stay somewhere else.

fun week

The experience was good but there is a lot of room for improvement in the unit and on the property. The location of the property is great with easy access to stores, restaurants, amusements of all kinds. There is adequate parking spaces in the garage across the street.The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony can't be beat! But, the property's pool and pool area were not maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The water slide pool was not open the entire week. (SC county school Spring break week) And the signage around the property is poor. The unit needs some touch up repairs (fresh paint, baseboards nailed in place). The safe in the master bedroom closet didn't work. The second bedroom and the kitchen are very small. The kitchen is not well equipped, the knife set was the dullest knives I have ever used. The construction work used one elevator the entire week.The unit provided no information about the property. They should provide a map of the property and a listing of available amenities and services on the property.

Myrtle Beach SC

First property was terrible. Had a hard time with the rental agency to move to another property, but finally did. This one better but not great. From wrong passcodes, to mold in the bathroom and rust in the refrigerator, it was an awful experience. I have pictures to prove.

The condo is perfect in regards to location for access to Myrtle Beach and locally adjacent golf courses. Only issue we had was no blankets for the pullout bed, which was resolved promptly. The pool is nice and large and my kids spend a ton of time there and very much enjoyed it.

A Week of Relaxation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay got off to a bumpy start. I was unaware that we could just go to our rental and put the pre-sent door code. Instead, I went to the front desk to check in. The desk clerk was rude and unwilling to work with me. He told me to go to the "sales" desk and the person would help me. She was pleasant but of no help. I finally retreated to my parked vehicle and begin to look up the previous emails. It was then that I realized that I could bypass the standard check-in procedure and head directly to my condo. The was the only negative. The rest of the week was relaxing and well worth the rental fee. The property is located in a very strategic area, right on the beach and within driving distance of some wonderful restaurants. The property was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Other than the check-in experience everything was a 10. Thanks!

Authentic Condo Experience

Clean and authentic representation of pictures. Provisions for toilet tissue could be increased to 3 rolls per bathroom and Dollar Store size salt & pepper shakers would be helpful! Otherwise, amenities for the property were adequate.

Nice condo but resort sucks. No indoor bar or restaurant. To many rules for the pool Bo floats , balls Noodles in pool . Removed our stuff from our table and put it in lost and found while we were still in the pool with 45 to pool close. Indoor pools were 90 degrees very un refreshing

Caribbean Resort Myrtle Beach

Management staff very good. Check in was easy. Location excellent. Beach excellent. Pools very good. Older resort so expect conditions of condo to reflect that. Cleanliness was poor. Dirty floors. Dusty. Condo needs a thorough cleaning.

Condo On the Beach

Condo was clean and overall met our needs. Walls are thin and the building can be a bit noisy, but nothing too terrible--It's a shared space with folks on vacation, so you gotta expect some of that. If you want absolute quite and serenity, don't stay in a resort condo. Did have to knock on the neighbors door after 10 PM one night. Condo next to us was full of teenagers screaming and banging on stuff. They refused to answer the door, but pretty much shut up after I knocked, so I didn't think it warranted reporting them. Location is great. Close to everything. We didn't use the pools or any other amenities, just stuck to the beach but the place was bustling and there were kids everywhere that seemed to be having the time of their lives.

I had to cover the sofa and chairs with flat sheets we brought from home in order to sit down comfortably. Other than the living room sofa- this place is great. I was glad we chose this place overall.

Fabulous as usual

The clean condo unit perfectly met our needs. Superb location for beach walks, swimming/hot tub, and close to our favourite restaurants and mini golf. We would stay here again.
