This impeccably renovated 3-bedroom/2-bath condo is designed to captivate your senses and ensure a truly unforgettable vacation experience, drawing you back year after year.

The master bedroom beckons with a sumptuous king bed, offering a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The second bedroom boasts two queen beds, providing ample space for additional guests, while the third bedroom features cozy twin bunk beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

Indulge in leisurely days spent lounging by one of two outdoor pools or taking a refreshing dip in the indoor pool, where you can unwind and soak up the sun in style. With direct access to the pristine shores of the ocean, you'll find endless opportunities for seaside fun and relaxation just steps from your door.

Whether you're soaking up the sun on the sandy beaches, exploring the vibrant attractions of Myrtle Beach, or simply enjoying the serenity of your oceanfront oasis, this luxurious condo promises an unparalleled escape. Guests have access to the indoor pool at North Hampton, the Kingston Plantation Beach Club Pool and St. James Park Pool. While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center at Kingston Plantation (including tennis and pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay.

Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.

Beautiful view

The property was a good fit for our family. You can tell its an order property as you walk the halls however the remodel that was done in this unit was nice and thats one of the reasons i choose this place. The balcony was my favorite of all..you could play football on that thing it was so big! Kingston plantation is a nice area as well. Was VERY happy we were away from the main area in Myrtle beach as it looks a little run down and may have some riff raff at night. Over all we would recommend.

This condo is AH-MAZING!!!!!! Everything was perfect. The building is peaceful, the unit was immaculate, the layout was fantastic, every room has a gorgeous view of the ocean. and completely updated in every way. The wrap around balcony was beyond anything we expected. We spent 10 awesome days there and can't wait to book it again. Saltwater Grande is top notch. Our family loved it! We stayed on the 9th floor, the view was incredible. They were very responsive and professional. The place was comfortable, clean, and so easy to get to with their instructions. They had everything we needed (except food of course). We ran out of garbage bags (my fault for not reading the email far enough ahead of time), but the location was just a couple minute from a store. SO convenient! We would 100% book with Saltwater Grande again, and refer friends and family to them too! You guys were so great! You definitely know what you're doing. Thank you for your ease in booking and responsiveness!

Perfect place for a getaway! Huge wrap around balcony for a beautiful view in a very nice area of Myrtle Beach. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the wine fridge as well. TV's in every room that were huge! Great for our family stay.

Fantastic oceanfront condo

This is a fantastic oceanfront condo. It is well-equipped and well-located. It was spotlessly clean and provided us with incredible sunrise views from its huge balconies. The furnishings, such as the window treatments and the fireplace, were all top-notch. We are looking forward to a return visit in the Spring.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at North Hampton 901. The view of the ocean from the dining area/living room is breathtaking! We enjoyed watching lightning from a thunderstorm right from the living room. The only complaint I have is the master bathroom is beside the trash room where other guests dispose of their trash and I could smell the trash through the bathroom/hallway.
