This listing is for a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom “Spa” condominium at the Grand Luxxe Spa Tower in Nuevo Vallarta, or for a 2-bedroom/2-1/2 bathroom corner "Villa" (with an additional sitting area, sometimes referred to as a third bedroom). You can also reserve a 2-bedroom/2-1/2 “Spa” (without the additional sitting area) for $25/night less, or a 3-bedroom "Residence" Loft or beachfront "Punta" unit for $175/night more.
If you can view this listing, then I should have weeks available to rent - but (being a timeshare), I would need to check with the resort if the resort has your requested dates available. I only rent three (3) of my weeks each year, and then I block my calendar around June (when my weeks are gone) - so (hopefully) this listing won't appear during the last half of a year (unless you search without dates).
Other than the "Punta" (only at Nuevo Vallarta), unit types and prices here for Nuevo Vallarta are the same as for my Riviera Maya listing (#1123151).
You can find floor plans to compare the 3-bedroom "Spa" (photo #17) and 2-bedroom "Villa" (photo #18) in the "Photos" section of this listing. Both the 3-bedroom "Spa" and 2-bedroom "Villa" have the same maximum capacity of ten (10) persons of which up to eight (8) can be adults (12 years and older), and come with a King bed in each of two of the bedrooms (although a Villa can occasionally have two doubles in its second bedroom rather than a King). Bedding also pulls out from under each of two (2) sofas in the living room, and the top of the sofas can be made into bedding at night as well.
Differences are that the "Spa" unit has a third bedroom with two (2) Double (or Queen) beds and a third full bathroom, while a "Villa" has an additional 1/2 bathroom and sitting room (with sofa, TV, phone, etc) that converts into a private sleeping area for two (2) additional persons at night. The "Villa" is a corner unit with a little more wrap-around view of the outside grounds, while the "Spa" is a middle unit that also has a massage room and table.
The resort counts an "adult" as 12 years and older, but does not count an "infant" (less than 3 years old ) in their maximum capacity limitation.
There is a free shuttle from the airport to the resort for when you first arrive at the airport in Puerto Vallarta, two-for-one massages, gym and wet areas to relax, as well as Wi-fi and your own floor’s concierge all included during your stay.
Tower 1 is closest to the beachfront "Punta" building, while the newest tower 5 with "Loft" units is furthest inland. The "Spa" units are all located in tower 4 (on floors 4 - 9) and the "Villa" units are in towers 1 - 4 (on floors 1 - 9) as well as some now in tower 5. The south facing side of tower 1 has more direct views of the ocean and pool areas (photo #6), while the other towers have more distant side views of the ocean, facing inward (west) towards the resort (photo #12) or outward (east) at the Ameca River (photos #4 and #9) . You can find a map of the resort (photo #3) showing how these towers are arranged against the Ameca river on the east side of the property. Your accommodation is assigned at check-in (based on availability) - although I can request (not guarantee) whatever you prefer - but I don't think that you'll be disappointed wherever you stay at this resort!
You can book up to twelve (12) months in advance (for best availability), but probably not less than five (5) months ahead of your check-in for the higher demand months of November through March (if you can be flexible with your dates).
Please note that a "Punta" unit should be reserved farther ahead than other types of units, because there are only four 3-bedroom units on just three (3) floors, and the top floors are for the founder/developer of Vidanta for when he's in town. The "Punta" is also popular for it's proximity to the ocean - which you can see from the first photo of this listing (captured from a "Punta" balcony).
If you are a golfer, other owners may be able to offer you free or better golf deals than me - my contract only allows me to offer you golf at $75/round.
I am a "Platinum" member which allows you 2-for-1 massages, gym, tennis, your own floor's concierge and morning tea/coffee, and (probably not as important) 20% off golf academy lessons, 25% of golf merchandise, and $75/round of golf.
Travel assistance for up to ten (10) persons is available for $114.84/week.
I'm sorry that I can't give you my phone number or email, but please understand the perception and concern that this would cause VRBO/HomeAway.
