Master bedroom has 1 king bed. One guest room has a queen bed. The other guest room has a trundle bed. There is a beautiful infinity pool that over looks the ocean. The master bedroom, kitchen and living room have a view of the ocean. The two guest rooms have a view of the marina. There are two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a double vanity. There are many restaurants that are walking distance. There is a 150 pesos resort fee per day to be paid at the concierge when you check in.

Beautiful spot in Nuevo Vallarta

Condo was everything advertised. With the full accordion sliding glass doors and the front door open, an awesome breeze kept the place cool and comfortable. The pool was warm and we floated most afternoons. We highly recommend and would gladly stay there again.

A Little Gem!

Booked Jenny’s condo for 1 month and had a wonderful time. Location on the beach/marina was perfect - providing easy access to lots of activities, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The condo and building was well looked after. Staff were very attentive, pleasant and helpful. We felt safe at all times. Thank you Jenny!

Getaway paradise in Nuevo Vallarta

Excellent location. Right next to pier, marina and literally right on the beach. Condo staff super friendly. Very comfy rooms and furniture. Condo was always guarded by front door personnel. Condo well equipped. Little dicey on the promptness of check in. Will stay at the same place if we return!

Just lovely

The property is exactly as described and pictured. The owner is very quick to respond to questions. The infinity pool looking onto the ocean is fantastic. The beach is perfect; very clean with no garbage, seaweed, rocks etc. Lots of places to eat. Very easy to get an Uber into PV. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Perfection in Paradise !!

This is a beautiful condo in the exact location we love to spend our time in Vallarta . Well cared for , clean , convenient to so much and is a true reflection of the posting . Owner Jennifer has been so responsive and accommodating from our very first conversation . An absolute pleasure to work with . We are so pleased to have found this property and already looking forward to our return in 2025.

Very nice, but a little isolated

The building, apartment, and grounds are all very well kept, clean, and the folks working and living in the building were super friendly and very helpful. The location is a little isolated from activities, but it’s a great place to relax. The beach is beautiful, and the marina is just across the street. Getting around with Uber is quite simple, but slightly pricey. Busses run constantly, and are affordable, but can be confusing. Property owner was tremendous in communication, and our trip went off without a hitch. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Exceptional!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo is well located near all Vallarta has to offer. It has a spectacular view of the ocean and pier, but the nightly sunsets were the best! Jennifer was very easy to contact and quick with a reply. The photos don't do the condo justice - much larger than it appears online. The kitchen was well equiped, air conditioner was cold, washer/dryer accessible, and pool areas were very clean also. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Puerto Vallarta area. Thanks for a fabulous stay!!

Perfecto!

Just completed a six day stay. Everything was wonderful. Great beach front location. Several very good restaurants within 3 min walk. Condo support staff very friendly and helpful. Very spacious and clean unit and complex. Well stocked with cooking and eating housewares. Nice and comfortable furniture and kitchen appliances are like new. Spent several hours on the deck just watching people on the beach and activity on the bay. Heated pool was clean with lots of poolside furniture with plenty of sunny or shaded settings. Easy parking in the basement garage. Very safe neighborhood and across the street from a nice marina that has many water related excursions available. Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

Outstanding Location for variety of amenities and beauty

This property is so perfectly located; direct beachfront on one side and marina on the other! Its within very easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants, the harbour taxi boat to take you over to the Nuevo mall on the other side, and walking distance to Vallarta Adventures. Throw in the surf lesson and amazing massage therapist directly on the beach, the kayak adventure from the marina through the canal network, and the deep-see fishing trip from the Marina, with convenient taxi-access into Puerto Vallarta and to nearby high-quality grocery stores, this condo satisfied the needs of all ages within our group, making for a memorable and engaging family vacation. While there may be other condos in the area that are more updated in terms of interior finishings, the value for dollar for this condo is outstanding., giving us a fantastic location at an excellent price ! Beds were comfortable for everyone during our 10 night stay; and the concierge staff on the main floor are always obliging and pleasant, and the pool deck area is so convenient and lovely. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant stay

We loved the location, the ocean accessibility, the beach swimming pool and nearby restaurants. Our unit was comfortable but in need of refurbishing and declutterring.. The bbq is not usable and the dead plants need to be discarded. The lighting is extremely inadequate, kitchen needs q cabinet cleaning, sorting and multiples discarded. Bathrooms also need upgrading . Jennifer was great at responding to our immediate needs and was patient and lovely. . The facility has great potential with some extra maintenance. We would recommend this unit but with awareness of the issues. Thank you Jennifer for all your assistance , it was most appreciated. Our checking was a bit of an issue . When we arrived at 6:30 pm, our unit was was just beginning to be cleaned and it was after 8:00 before we could start settling in. We had been in transit since 4:00 AM

Booking easy, pricing was average, location is the best in all of PV! Been coming to the area for over 10 years. Owner of property was extremely prompt and helpful with email responses. Condo is beautiful and comfortable. I would of liked a safe but managed just fine. Only other thing I would suggest is better lighting in the bathrooms. But the condo was A+. The infinity pool and deck was breath taking. I did not care for the 5ft depth after you step down from the stairs. I would rather have a gradual depth. If you are over 5ft 8in it will not bother you. We are a group of adults in our 40s, 50s, 60s well behaved, never cause trouble. The staff (one in particular) who walks the grounds and around the pool was watching our every move which put us all uncomfortable. Looking through the window and constant patol was way too much. We are good tenants and have never had problems. For this reason alone I probably would go somewhere else next time. But the place is beautiful.

En general la propiedad esta perfecta a la orilla del mar, un edificio muy bonito, habitaciones excelentes, maravillosa vista al mar, una alberca preciosa y con una playa hermosa de arena fina, pasamos unas vacaciones muy placenteras y estamos muy agradecidos con las atenciones que se nos brindaron. Great stay!!!!

The place was absolutely perfect in its location. A beautiful ocean view and right on the beach. The complex has an infinity pool and a small nice area to relax on the beach. Right next to marina and enjoyed the boats sailing in and out. The condo was well furnished with all we needed. A large screen TV and a balcony with endless views. Close to some great restaurants. No need for a car. Jennifer, the owner, was easy to communicate with and responded rapidly. A must place to stay.
