This home is very nice in a great area. It is furnished very nicely and cozy. We did not use the pool because we were in town for the race weekend and just didn’t have time but it as clean and well maintained.

Property was great. Easy to get in and out. It was rainy and didn't use the pool. Communication with property owner was great. Fun games for the family. Layout was nice. Coffee was provided. ;)

Beautiful, spacious home in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home. The layout is perfect and the kitchen is decently stocked with the essentials. Our grandkids loved all the games and even though it was too cold to swim, they were always entertained.The pool was beautiful and very clean. We just weren’t able to swim because of the weather. If we make a trip back, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house in very quite area

We were a party of 4 (2 couples 40+) and really enjoyed our stay here. This is a very great well kept property, clean , great pool and nice outside areas as well. Comfy beds and furniture and nice decor . Great kitchen with all the necessities to cook some good meals . Everything was well laid out and made out stay easy. Great host, responsive property manager .

Perfect Stay / Perfect Host

Can't say enough about how turn-key this property is and how functional and comfortable as well. We were there to get away from the cold on a bit of a working vacation and it was perfect. Very well equipped and maintained and Josh was there immediately if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Phoenix especially if you like the Estrella Mountain area.

Great home with plenty of space

We really enjoyed our stay. The home has everything you need. The master is on one end and the other bedrooms are on the other end which is really nice. The pool and back yard were fantastic. I did not speak to or was reached out by the property management but the owner was in touch during the stay. I would strongly suggest this home.

Wonderful Home! Plenty of shade in the back yard while enjoying the Arizona heat and pool. House has all the amenities needed - stocked kitchen, ice chest, tennis rackets and basketball for use at the nearby park. Quiet neighborhood.

Best House Ever!!!

This home is absolutely beautiful! I can't emphasize that enough. Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, everything you could want for cooking, BBQ'ing, swimming, washing laundry, relaxing. Check in was simple as was check out. We will most definitely be coming back and making this our #1 choice!

Memorable Christmas Vacation

Loved the Desert Decor and warmth from the photos we saw. None was a disappointment. We found it even better than the pictures. Our host Josh was very quick and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this private home away from home for all that it offers! My grands loved the game room and the pool. I’d encourage anyone looking for a sense of style and adventure to consider this property. It is sure to PLEASE!!!!

Stunning

We stayed at this property in June 2022 Check -in was easy and quick. The home is Beautiful with tons of space. The furnishings are exceptional and comfortable. The kitchen is very spacious and the appliances are excellent. We especially liked the tilework throughout the house. The outdoor space and pool are perfect. The pool gets full sun all day but the seating area and pergola provide plenty of shade. There were rabbits and plenty of birds to watch on the other side of the fence. This home is on a quiet street with very little traffic. It is very quiet and tranquil at night. This was the second time we stayed at a home in Estrella, the area is very nice and there is plenty to do. Josh contacted us after check in to make sure everything was in order and to to let us know that if we needed anything to let him know. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again next year, it is Stunning!

Perfect private retreat with everything you need!

My wife and 2 girls just got done staying a week in this amazing home and Josh was excellent to work with! The home offers exactly what we were looking for, with very comfortable bedding in every room, a nicely appointed kitchen, the best reclining leather couch on earth, 2 separate zones for cooling, a perfect pool (not too deep for the kids, but deep enough to enjoy for the adults), great outdoor seating and grill area which offers shade from the sun and perfect views of the pool and desert, and tons of games to keep kids and adults busy with bags, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard table, and just about any board game you could imagine. Laundry and dishwashing were made easy as we didn't have to worry about providing our own detergent/soap, and there are plenty of dishes and silverware available for use. We easily walked to Bougainvillea Park nearby to play basketball and tennis and enjoy the park (the home also came equipped with a ball and rackets to use), and Estrella itself is a dream with so much to see and do nearby. Highly recommend a walk around the 2 lakes, hiking nearby at Estrella Mountain Park, and Josh even put in some great restaurant recommendations to make it easy for those not familiar with the area. We will most definitely stay here again in the future, and highly recommend to anyone!

Well kept house , excellent communication

Overall this is a well kept home and a very comfortable layout with nice furnishings. Neighborhood was quite, and the local contact was very helpful and came to let us in early, which was very kind. Level home for easy mobility. Only a few glitches: 1. the garbage can outside was full on arrival and did not get emptied till the end of our stay ( Friday service day) and we arrived on a Monday The group before us had quite a party I understand so I think this was the remnants of that. 2. the TV's are streaming TV's and service went in and out with bufferiing when we were watching in the evenings and on a rainy day. The WIFI worked well, I am just wondering if the bandwith was maxed out with streaming video. 3. It would be nice to have the option of having the pool heated, we love to use a pool and were very limited as it ran at about 67-69' . Other VRBO's have given us the option to pay a bit more to have the pool heated and that would be a nice option. We did not see that option but might have missed it. I would stay here again, and just maybe bring a hotspot, and perhaps a little later in the year so the pool was warmer!~

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home!

Our stay in Goodyear was wonderful. This home is spotless and has everything you could need. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are all so comfortable. We all loved the game room and relaxing on the patio in the evenings. The location in Estrella Mountain Ranch is peaceful and felt very safe. Great spot for people of all ages. Will definitely be back, 2 weeks was not long enough!
