Thank you for your review Susan and I'm sorry that you had a couple of hiccups during your stay. The pool heater recently needed some work, which is why the pool was cold during your stay. It's since been remedied. The hot water heaters have also just been replaced, so that issue should be remedied as well. I hope you'll come back for a visit again real soon!

Thank you for your review. I would have liked to have known when you discovered that so I could have corrected it for you. We strive to have our guests comfortable and happy.

I'm glad you felt it was worth the money. But, I'm not sure how check-in could have been deemed difficult. We haven't had any issues with guests checking in at any time. The unit is set up with a keyless entry system and directions for entry are emailed well in advance (including the door code). There is also an on site manager to help. If there is any difficulty whatsoever I'm available 24/7 to help as well, just a phone call or text away.

Thanks for the review and recommendations. A couple of points I feel I need to clarify. 1. the checkout time is clearly stated on all advertisements and on the rental agreement that was signed. Also, a request for a later check out time can almost always be accommodated simply by asking. 2. The entire unit was recently renovated/painted and the holes being referred to are tiny nail holes where pictures had been removed (not some giant holes in the walls). There are no "Loose Kitchen Cabinets". In fact, this guest somehow pulled the brand new bathroom vanity off of the wall, requiring a repair. 3. Kitchen light bulbs have been replaced. 4. New knives have been purchased. The bathroom is clearly depicted in the photos. Yes, it is compact, but very clean and serves adequately, with no prior complaints. I take pride in providing a neat, clean and well-stocked vacation space for my guests and always strive to describe it accurately and provide recent photos.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. Since it's a 1 bedroom unit, many times the guests leave the bedroom door ajar to let the cooler air in. But, we are looking in to adding a 2nd ac unit at this time. Thanks for visiting and hope you'll be back to Gulf Gardens #8 soon.
