Great place

4th year at Cute and Cozy and we’ ll keep coming back. Management and homeowner are very accommodating. Has everything we need and the location is perfect for walking to beach and restaurants. Highlight, is great place to view rocket launches or walk to beach for viewing, if you’re lucky enough to be there for them.

House was centrally located and very clean. Received checkin instructions a few days prior to arrival and they were straightforward and clear. We were also given a point of contact before arrival, who was very responsive to questions. Nice, spacious kitchen that was stocked with all the basic cooking essentials. Overall, a very nice stay!

Loved our stay at this duplex! Clean, clear instructions and nicely updated. Pet friendly and the backyard area with picnic table was perfect. We’d love to visit again when in Cocoa Beach!

Coziness at Cocoa Beach

Overall, this was such a great and easy place to stay. A few blocks from a public beach access, very close to local eateries (walking distance), yet out of the hectic traffic area of Cocoa. We will definitely stay here again! Honestly, it was perfect for our family of 6!

A short walk to the beach

The house was lovely and conveniently close to the beach. We were very happy to have the washing machine to use. Our stay was way too short and we hope to come again next year.

Convenient and clean

Loved how close the property is to downtown Cocoa beach . It was very quiet, even though it’s bustling only a block away east of the rental . Everything was clean , small fenced in private yard was perfect for our dog, washer and dryer was convenient, so close to beach and also fun skatepark for anyone who skates or with kids that skateboard. Loved our stay !

We had a wonderful stay at the Cocoa Beach duplex. It was close to the beach and restaurants, very convenient. Well appointed and very clean. Host provided excellent information on the property and surrounding area. Would definitely stay there again in the future and I hope we will have the chance to do so. Great location

Great location to walk to ocean and restaurants. Very clean. Had chairs and towels for the beach. Only negative was our side didn’t have access to the grassy back yard that would have been great for the dog, only had one small rocky area that wasn’t very inviting. Would recommend this place.

Overflow for family gathering.

We live down the street and needed an extra bedroom while family visited. Worked well because it's only 2 blocks away. Will probably use again when family comes to town. Everything was good.

NOT ready for rental. DO NOT rent until issues resolved. Issues: disgustingly dirty and sticky living room carpet, beds that trench terribly in the middle plus the bed frames are so big they actually cover the pictures in the rooms (just another indicator of the lack of care taken here), kitchen faucet is not secured, refrigerator is not level and WILL tip if openhaphazardly, washing machine has the knob broken off and we found it on the floor almost under the dryer, backyard covered in palm fronds and other detritus, unusable, picnic table rotten (sat down and almost fell through), bare bones kitchen supplies (like a pot here, a pan there, and some cups and plates), leftover food in the freezer and cabinets, HVAC needed service -did not help as the system was installed in 2008 and they no longer make the parts for it, so have fun staying warm or cool, bring your own blankets because all they have are 2 stolen KLM airlines blankets as extra in the closets (true story), absolutely ZERO towel hooks in the bathroom, bedrooms, anywhere. As for the shower, the shower head literally points to the wall and you have to manipulate it sideways to get it to point normally and the shower was so clogged the plumber that came was flabbergasted by the size of the calcified hairball. No dustpan to sweep up sand, half the windows don't open they are so old, side room tv unusable as it is on top of you in bed, plus I'm sure more I forgot already. Easy check-in, close to beach and food.

Preparation of home prior to check in

The kitchen sink faucet was faulty and wouldn't flow from the main faucet. You had to hold the spray button down to get water which was an inconvenience. The main issue was the property manager wasn't away and commented on a fix that wasn't the issue. The bathroom was only stocked with half a roll of TP. Site listing should say pack in everything as it's not a well stocked listing.

Aesthetically Cute House but Needs Some Updates

Is this property pretty? Yes. It is a couple minutes walk from a public access point on the beach. Cons: Light bulbs out in the bedrooms After reaching out to staff about the AC unit we were told it is co-dependent on the rental next door. We could not get it below 78 degrees which is too hot for my spouse and mother-in-law. We had issues with the wrong code on the door and getting inside which was resolved after about 10 minutes. The beach chairs and toys included in the rental are all broken. I even took a picture of the chair with no seat in it after we took it to the beach. The one bathroom has low water pressure and if you try to change to the other shower head it shoots water across the bathroom. Did the staff text back? Yes. Could the rental have been closer to described in the listing without AC issues? Yes. Still giving the property 3/5 because it is cute, close to the water, had extra linens but probably will look at a different location to stay in the future. It was just too hot and with three people and barely any decent water pressure it became uncomfortable.

Brittany, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We are sorry to hear about your level of discomfort. We were aware of a few of these issues since we were in communication during your stay. Luckily we were able to resolve some problems, such as front door access. -As for the thermostat, we had it set at 70 degrees during your stay and we did inform you that we could not have it set any lower since that is the lower limit during the summer. We want all guests to be comfortable during their summer stays but unfortunately, our AC unit has that limit. -We were not aware of the beach chair and toys being broken. We apologize for this inconvenience; we have replaced the chair since your stay. -Thank you for bringing the water pressure issues to our attention; we will look to address this issue with our service. -We are happy that you enjoyed the location and the interior of the unit. Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Great spot!

We just stayed 6 nights. Its a great house! Felt immediately at home and its stocked with all the basics you need. The beds were so comfortable especially the master! Location couldn't be any better walking distance to the beach and all bars and restaurants. Loved having access to laundry also! Oh and there is a cool 24/7 gym literally across the street. Would recommend and would stay again!! Thank you so much!
