The Space:
Nestled in a well-maintained neighborhood off Airport-Pulling Road, just south of Golden Gate Blvd, this home provides easy access to I-75, the airport, and all the attractions of Naples and beyond. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy family room, a dining room, and a well-appointed kitchen.
The main bedroom is a private sanctuary with ample natural light pouring in through large windows. It features an attached en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a modern vanity. Located to the right upon entering the home, this bedroom offers a Queen bed and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
The second bedroom, situated at the front left of the home, boasts a King bed. The second full-sized bathroom features an updated vanity and a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for use during your stay and are located in the back of the garage.
The outdoor spaces of this vacation rental home are simply enchanting! The front porch offers a tucked-away spot behind a half wall, surrounded by shade trees. The highlight is the backyard, featuring an unscreened pool enveloped by lush subtropical gardens. The spacious pool deck provides ample space for soaking up the sun, and a propane-fired grill allows you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The entire backyard is fenced, making it a safe haven for families and a great place for kids to play.
