The Viewtop Cabin is the ideal mountain retreat. This modern cabin has something for everyone in your group. Upon entry, Viewtop offers a large mudroom with ample storage for all your gear. The main level offers an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well appointed with a center island, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room offers a cozy space to relax by the gas fireplace after a day exploring the western mountains of Maine. The dining room features a large table to gather around and catch up on the days events. Off the main level you will find a screened in porch and large deck, on which you can enjoy the stunning mountain views. Rounding out the first floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor offers a master suite featuring a private bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The lower level has a spacious family room to watch a movie, or play a game at the game table, 4th bedroom and full bath with washer and dryer. Outside you will find a 7 person hot tub, spacious lawn, and outdoor firepit. To enjoy your next trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required.

2nd stay here, always a great time

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this cabin, and I am sure it won’t be my last. The place is very accommodating and clean. Location is great as well, and the hot tub and fire pit on site are a huge plus. Beds are comfortable (two kings as well!) and they have all the amenities you need (make sure to bring your own shower supplies though except towels!). Information on property was provided prior to check in, and did not have to send out any communications or have questions. Smooth as can be. Thanks again from our family!

Lovely and roomy cabin

We (2 adults plus 5 kids ages 8-17) stayed here for four nights after a long road trip visiting several cities and doing lots of walking throughout the northeast. This cabin/house was exactly what we needed. Lots of room, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, comfortable beds and couches to relax, excellent firepit with lots of wood, wonderfully relaxing hot tub to soak in after long hikes, plenty of boardgames and movies to entertain us, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to make some quick and easy meals. The views were beautiful. The grounds were quiet and surrounded by lovely nature and views of the mountains. Easy access to local stores, restaurants, cafes, and breweries, plus lots of hiking trails nearby. Would definitely stay again.
