Charming Chalet-Style Cabin in Northstar - Holiday Retreat

This beautiful two-story 3 BRDM + Loft BDRM/ 2 BA cabin is ideally located just a short walk to Northstar Ski Resort on Beaver Pond Drive and just a few miles from beautiful Lake Tahoe in one direction and the charming town of Truckee in the other.

The cabin will be decorated for the holiday season with twinkling lights, Small Christmas trees, and holiday decor. Enjoy S'mores with the family around the fire pits at Northstar and special holiday events. Northstar Resort features live music at the end of the ski days and has many restaurants, wine bars, and a movie theater.

The Northstar shuttle picks up right in front of our home, generally within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. It will take you to the ski resort or the beautiful Rec Center (with a gym, pools, jacuzzis, tennis, game room, and more).

Featuring an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and cathedral windows, this newly remodeled cabin will delight your senses and warm your heart. With brand-new hardwood floors, knotty alder wood doors and trim throughout, new carpets and tile, a new remote-control fireplace, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and beautiful new furnishings that blend rustic industrial chic with French chateau styles, you will at once feel cozy and warm.

- Deck off the living room area with a wrought iron dining table and chairs, a sun umbrella, and a BBQ

Upstairs includes:
- The loft/game room has bunk beds (plus a trundle), a pro foosball table, a dart board, games, and a widescreen TV with a DVD player and cable TV.
- Beautifully remodeled bathroom with double vanity, black granite countertop, two vessel sinks, and a large shower
- Large master bedroom with king-size bed, settee, dramatic chateau chandelier, and stylish furnishings

Renters can also access a "free" Homeowners ski shuttle that will pick you up at the cabin and drop you off at Northstar Village, the Rec Center, or the Golf Course. Plus, you will have access to the nearby beautiful Northstar recreation center (Guest Passes - $10pp per day), which features a full fitness center, weight-training room, locker rooms with showers, saunas, three outdoor hot tubs, and a lap pool, all open year-round. There’s an adults-only clubhouse with free wifi, a fireplace, leather couches, and a library. The kids can have a blast in the game room, with a large collection of video games, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. There’s also a large swimming pool, splash zone, toddler pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts in the summer. Even when you're not skiing or enjoying the Lake, you'll enjoy the rec center, and Northstar Village offers plenty of other leisure activities.
